Hell Rapture

Chapter 7

The Institute was up in flames by the time government ops came into investigating what happened.

Never in my life would I have thought that y lifes work would be destroyed... by me

"Are you alright?" The prince asked concered.

I sighed as we drove off the dirt road and headed to the city, "I'll be fine."

"Where are we headed this time?" he asked.

"We are going to Rome, I have a friend there that can help us till this clears up." I said making a call and manuvering around the city streets.

"Where are we now?" looking around the place trying to pinpoint where we are.

"We are in Tuscany, we arent that far from rome, just a few hours." Driving on the dirt roads.

"How do you know if we are going in the right direction?" He asked uncertin.

For a prince of the Underworld, he sure can make things more complicated for a girl. Even when he saved my life from the demon, I can't seem to take my eyes off of him, it's like he has this calming aura when he's not trying to kill any demons or something. 

I kept my thoughts to myself as I continue to drive dwon the road. I could feel his eyes as he stared at me... I kept looking forward, trying to ignore the feeling of how his hand felt on me.

I stared at her as she drove to Rome, Her eyes were cold when she sets the place on fire... all her life's work was up in flames...and she was the one to set to ashes.

For hours we drive none stop to Rome, I looked up at the sky... oh the sky it was so blue and clear, nothing like the sky in the underworld, where is was dark and grey. 

I never knew that the sky here was so...pure, but then again I never left the underworld... not even once, considering that we had no way to get out that is.

"It's so beautiful here." I said, over looking the landscape, the meadow was green. As the wind blew a breeze, it looked like the meadow was dancing to a song that only they could hear.

"Yes, it is." She said.

I smiled a small smile, we were nearly there, we were nearly close to Rome.
