It's been a few months since everything was revealed, but there are some things that are kept a secret.

For instance, Rose is still the matchmaker but she'll stay cold and unwelcoming when it comes to taking down the institutions branches or having a meeting on what is supposed to do next.

Rinko is quiet and more isolated than what we prefer but who can blame him? he knows that there are more secrets being kept in the dark from everyone, and he doesn't want to get hurt in the long run.

Shogun is still the same i guess, well besides the fact that he's keeping a close eye in Ash and how the assignments are going, his old princely ways have surfaced to the top from time to time but it was nothing to be serious about when he is doing something.

Edward is still observing as so he tells me when they are fighting about something, even though everyone isn't getting along they will kinda listen to him when things get out of hand.

I'm grateful for that because he is sort of like a father figure for them when they are acting up. Sure there are sometimes when we have a little alone time but it wasn't enough when it comes for our love for each other, it hurts seeing that we can't let everything out to them but we made a deal and we have to honor that deal, even if it kills us in the end.

Raven, well Raven... she's interesting in a way when it comes to annoying Rose, sometimes she'll take things seriously but others she's just a goofball, trying to lighten up the mood. Even when she's talking it feels like she's hiding something and everyone knows it, we just try to hide the fact that we want to know.

And then there is Ash, she hasn't been the same since she confessed everything, but I still feel like she hiding something like Raven. She became more cold and distant like she was back then, except more like her mind is in a different place. Most of the time she sounds like she's from a mob family, her attitudes changed as well.

I'm still that same I suppose, I'm staying in the files room more than I spend with others, but I always make sure that they know that they have someone to go to when they have something on their minds, they know who to come too.

It pains me to see that we all are distancing ourselves from each other as the seconds pass.

~'~

Well this is wasn't as fun as I thought it would be, I tried to annoy Rose as much as I can but still, she just manages to avoid me most of the time.

It's sad that they don't remember or well have some hope that I'm ALIVE!!! There is nothing I can do about it anyways, she told me not to reveal myself until the time is right and from what I can tell now... I don't think it's time for it either!

"Raven, what are you doing?" Edward asked, not looking up from his book.

I rolled my eyes and just looked at him, "I'm just thinking when the time comes for everything when do you think it's the right time to you know... come out and tell them?" I asked softly, twirling a piece of my hair around my finger.

Edward sighed and put down his book, "listen, Raven, I know that this is hard for you, to keep something from the people you care about or love but sometimes people do wrong things but for the right reasons. That is nothing to be ashamed about, you just have to wait for the right time to tell them and if they accept you or not is their choice, not yours." Looking out the window with a blissful expression on his face.

I nodded at him and smiled, "yeah, I guess you're right," I then grinned wickedly at him, "so when are you going to make a move on the doctor?"

Watching him as his cheeks turned pink but he still remained blank as always, "I don't know what you are talking about," turning away from me and looking at the wall instead.

I giggled and threw a pillow at him, "Come on, I know you have a thing for the doctor~ I'm not that oblivious to when it comes to sending or looking at each other lovey-dovey looks when no one is watching."

He sighed and nodded, "Alright fine, I may or may not have a little crush in the doctor but I don't think she likes, me back that much." Looking down in dismay.

I rolled my eyes and groaned, "open your eyes and smell the roses! She likes you! well, I'm pretty sure it's more than like it's more like Love. If you look at it that way," I started thinking about the possibilities of them being together.

He nodded, "I suppose you're right, but let's just say that she does like me more than others... what do I do to make her mine?" he said trying to convince me that he didn't care but I knew he does.

"Well first you have to get to know her and then take it, step by step then you take a slight risk as in asking her out, like out of the blue with flowers or a flower, cause single flowers to represent strong emotions towards one another, so you can't go wrong with that," I said writing him a list of things he should do for this to be successful.

He nodded as he listened intensely, adding a few things to the list in case he did something wrong, he can correct it.

"Well that was a bust, what are we going to do now?" Rose asked, grabbing a donut from the box on the counter.

I shrugged and looked at my computer, "We only have a few more leads before it goes cold, we could skip to the next guy but the chances are that he will give false information too, so I don't know what to do honestly." Groaning in stress.

Rose shrugged and looked at her watch, "well I have the stuff to do, so later Rin, let me know if something new pops up." She said as she made her way to the weapons room, most likely to clean or test them out.

"I see that everyone is still on edge."

I sighed slightly and nodded, "they are changing, and it's worrying me," I said, facing Lyn as she sat next to me and sets a cup of Malabo in front of me with a smile, "You could use some."

I smiled at her and took a drink, letting the alcohol burn my throat, taking away all the stress from earlier, "thanks Lyn," putting the cup down.

She nodded, "any time."

I sighed as I looked through the crack of the kitchen door, watching as Lyn and Rinko talk. Honestly, I didn't think that I'd see them act too friendly towards each other after what happened, it's none of my business or whatever but we're close to what I'm looking for.

"A penny for your thoughts?" A low voice spoke out.

Instead of jumping from fright, I relaxed, considering that I haven't been able to do that in months, "It's nothing." Making my way to my room.

He chuckled as he walked along with me, "Nothing can be many things, sometimes it can be nothing but most of the time it will always be something," looking at me from the corner of his eye, giving me a discreet smirk, "still think that it's nothing?"

I gave him a small smirk and shook my head, "it's nothing to worry about." Turning a corner, "besides this is nothing new to me anyways."

He chuckled and looked out the window, "why do women always seem to say that?"

"Maybe because we don't want people in our business, we just want to handle it ourselves," I muttered lightly.

"Or maybe you just want help but don't want to ask for it, since you women like to be independent," he said putting a hand on my shoulder, stopping me, "it's okay to ask for help sometimes."

I looked down and nodded, "I know but I choose not too."

And with that I opened the door and closed it behind me, leaving Shogun in the hall alone.
