Chapter 24

"You guys are imbeciles!" Ash screamed loudly as she hung upside down from the cement ceiling by her feet.

 Rose huffed and looked away, "It's not my fault! Someone had the nerve to switch out the carbon-fiber rope with twine!"

 Rinko looked at Rose with a glare, "Hey! I'm the computer guy, not the supply one, blame this one the poor connections we got out here!"

 Ash sighed and shook her head, as she swayed from side to side with a look of embarrassment.

 I rolled my eyes and looked at them, honestly, none of this would've happened if they only followed the things they were supposed to do, then we wouldn't be in this situation.

 "Well, this isn't a total loss," Ash said as she had her thinking face on, ignoring the arguing of the two behind her acting like children. 

"Oh? How is it not a loss? Cause last I checked, we were just about to kill the guards on the fourth floor," Giving her a blank look, hoping that she already has a plan to get us out of here and come up with a new strategy.

 Ash giggled lightly and started to move her body making a swaying motion at first towards me, "Just be ready to pick some locks ok."

Honestly, If I didn't love these two numbskulls like family, I wouldn't hesitate to teach them a lesson. But then again I wouldn't hesitate at all. 

As I finally reach Shogun I picked the lock and grinned when I heard a slight click of the metals, "Now you're free," giving her the bobby pin, "Now get those two idiots to be quiet, we're already In enough trouble getting caught sneaking in."

He nodded and got to out of the cuffs as I moved my body so I can chain holding me up, I huffed as I saw that It was not your regular lock but it has a unique keyhole, "This is going to be harder then I thought."

"Ash, what's taking so long?" Rose asked quietly and she looked at me with calculating eyes. 

I growled slightly, "I need a key, a unique one. It's not a normal lock." Crossing my arms trying to show them that I'm thinking, instead of showing them that I'm being affected from being held upside down for a while. 

Rinko looked at the lock and frowned, "she's right we need the key for this." 

Shogun sighed and looked around, "well, we certainly won't find it sitting here." 

"How the hell are we going to find a unique key? there hundreds of rooms in this mansion!" Rose sneered. 

"And only one key!"

Ash sighed in relief as Lyn, Raven, and Edward came in through the metal door, Raven holding a weirdly shaped key in front of us with a big smile on her face. 

"Raven, Lyn!" Ash shouted in happiness, "thank god you're here! Hurry up and help me from this!" pointing at the metal chains holding her. 

Lyn just giggled and nodded, taking the key from Raven, unlocking Ash from the chains. 

"You idiots! someone catch her!" Lyn said while holding onto Ash's leg. 

Raven rolled her eyes and held out her arms, "I got her." catching Ash gently, making sure that the blood doesn't circulate to fast. 

"How is she? Why does she look so pale?" Rinko asked, worried. 

Lyn looked at Ash a little closer and sighed, "She fine, just a little out of it, that's all. We need to get out of here though, It's not safe to keep going." 

"Why not? I mean, Ash spent all this time waiting for this kind of information, we can't disappoint her now." Rose said as she looked down both hallways. 

"Cause Ash has spent nearly twelve hours hanging upside down, if she were to move to quick, something serious could happen. She can barely keep her breathing steady, we have to leave now." Lyn said seriously. 

"Lyn is right, we have to get her out of here." I know that I've just met these kids but Lyn is right, if we don't get Ash somewhere safe, she may be out of it for a few days.

Shogun sighed and looked at the rest of them, "So, what do we do? Some of us can stay here and finish the job while the other two an get Ash out of here, how's that for a plan?" crossing his arms over his chest. 

Everyone nodded and started to plan the rest, I just stood next to Lyn silently, I didn't expect this to turn out this way. This is going to be a pain in the ass.
