Hell Rapture

Chapter 8

Rome... the city was lively as ever. As Ash and I walk through the busy streets of Rome, we stopped at a small building with  black and white door.

She knocked on the door lightly.

The door opened slightly and a young woman peeked through the crack, "who are you people?" she asked.

"Rose it's me, remember Ash from the bar, I need a favor please." she asked with a pleading voice.

The woman Rose, opened the door wider for us to quickly pass, keeping an eye out for anyone that followed us.

"Jeez Ash, you need to be more careful if your going to be on the run again." Rose said, with a slight frown on her face.

Ash chuckled sightly, "I know Rose, but we needed a place to lay low for awhile."

Rose crossed her arms, "who is it this time?"

"It's from the institution, they let something lose and I had to destroy everything in order to keep me out of this." Ash said with a grimace face.  

"What did they do this time?" she asked.

"They dug up straight to hell, and that let loose some demons here."

Rose gasped, "did they escape?"

Ash shock her head, "no, I blew up the place before they had the chance to walk out the door."

"How long do you need?" Rose asked.

"Just a few days to get everything under control. Then we'll make our next move." Ash said looking out the window.

Rose smiled suddenly, scaring me only a little, "Well then why don't we have a small celebration?"

Ash sighed, "no rose we need to keep it low for a reason."

She pouted, "Your no fun anymore Ash." Crossing her arm and turning away slightly.

"Ash there is no harm in having a little fun right?" I stated. I may not know what's going on but if there is one thing that I understand is how to party.

Ash looked away from me, "Fine. One hour, then we call it night, got it."

"Yes! Party Time!" Rose said, bouncing lightly on her feet.

I chuckled at the two humans, one whose rather stay hidden and keep it low and the other, one who likes the world to know whose coming in and makes things lively.

I sighed as Rose was doing her little dance when she wins one of our arguments. but then again, she always did have her way all her life.

"So where are we going to celebrate?" shogun asked.

I scoffed and spoke before Rose had the chance to do so, "you aren't going anywhere, you're staying here where it's safe from the others."

Rose pouted slightly, I knew she wanted the new guy to come and party with us but with everything that's been going on earlier I thought it was the best idea at the time.

"Why not? I would very much like to see what you humans party about." he said crossing his arms and puffing out his chest like he can control me, well to bad for him we aren't in the underworld anymore.

Placing my hand on my hip and narrowing my mid-night blue eyes to his Caribbean blue ones, "you're staying here whether you like it or not, I will not be babysitting you the entire time we are trying to have fun."  

He took a step closer, "And I will not be held here against my will, I will go wherever I please." 

I stepped closer, we were both standing right in front of each other, it was like we were doing a dance but instead of smoothing music we have our hearts thumping in sync, and neither of us were going to make the next move.
