4. Yes You Can

I looked at Izuku wondering if he was okay," Izuku-" a loud explosion interrupted me Izuku turned to the explosion turning to me,"what's the point even All Might told me I can't be a hero" Izuku walks out the door I followed behind him to the streets he stared at his notebook."Izuku I know you're upset about all this so I was thinking let's go get some ice cream at the Ice Cream Parlor" he sniffs looking up at me," yea let's go" another explosion happened but this time it was right across the street,"what the?" Izuku and I walked up to the accident seeing the familiar sludge villain.

"it's my fault" my eyes widen looking at Izuku," it's not your fault" " wasn't that the villain All Might was chasing earlier?" a civilian asked the talk about All Might continued I looked up trying to see who was the one that got captured. Blonde spike hair made my heart race'no it can't be' my heart dropped seeing Katsuki.

At this point, I didn't know what I was doing I jumped over all the people ignoring the pro heroes towards the sludge villain. Drastic breathing followed behind me I looked Izuku had tears in his eyes throwing his school bag at the sludge villains face. I thought of a quirk, any quirk, ice cracked from my hands onto the sludge villain. Part of it froze but it wasn't enough to freeze it all. I looked up katsuki's face showed that he was pissed but I could tell he was scared deep down asking for someone to help," idiot!"

Authors pov:
Izuku thrashed his hands at the sludge villain, not even realizing that his hands almost froze completely into it. (Y/n) slammed her hands in reaching for katsukis' hand. Her eyes changed from (e/c) eyes to a pure blue. Lines began to draw over her arms and corners of her eyes as she yelled for her brother's safety.

Her hair began to slowly rise as tears rolled down her face,"I'm not.going.to.let you.go!" A slime arm rose high catching (y/n)'s attention. While Izuku covered his face (y/n) jumped in standing between him and the slime arm dust raised into the air blocking off anyone's sight. "geez I really have become weak!" All Might stood tall his whole arm against the sludge villains poor attack.

(Y/n) pov:
"Detroit Smash!" All Might punched the Sludge villain I formed an ice dome around me, Izuku, and Katsuki I held onto Katsukis unconscious body letting tears roll off onto his dirty uniform. Izuku got up hitting his head on the top of the ice dome. A knocking scared me as I melted the ice All Might was the first person I saw his smile somehow made me feel a little better. I released all the energy in me seeing the lines disappear "it's okay now" the sky was grey snowflakes fell from the sky making it seem like Christmas once more.

The heroes ran up to us taking Izuku away from me and Katsuki." that was an amazing quirk! What's it called?! You have to join my agency when you become pro heroes, both of you!" an excited hero spoke smiling at us" it's ice manipulation and it's not my quirk" I held onto Katsukis arm pulling him up,"let's go home"

The hero followed us not giving up on my quirk," can you just leave! My quirk is nothing special!" I yelled his mouth forms a line." tell me and I'll leave you alone","its mimic, I can copy quirks and store them in my body now leave!" Katsuki stared at the ground grumbling." stupid Deku" "Hey! He helped save you if anything you should be happy you're still breathing!!" his angry eyes glared at me,"save me?! And you! You could've hurt yourself! What would I have told mom if you ended up in the hospital!" I didn't think of that, mom would have been worried sick if she knew,"let's just keep this between us, okay?" he nods about to turn a corner we see Izuku walking with his head down,'oh no' I mentally smacked my head watching Katsuki run behind him yelling his "nickname".

"I didn't ask you to help me and you didn't help me! Got it?! I was fine by myself! You're a Quirkless failure playing without full deck! Don't think you can look down on me!" Katsuki yelled turning around,"let's go!" His eyes widen noticing what he did,"DONT YOU YELL AT ME!! AND YOU KNOW WHAT?! ILL WALK IZUKU-KUN HOME!!" Katsuki growled waving his hands around" WHAT DO YOU MEAN WALK THAT NERD HOME?! WE'RE GOING HOME!" I grip onto his shirt yelling at his face,"I DARE YOU TO YELL AT ME ONE MORE TIME!!"

"Fine" he walked away stomping his way around a corner," it surprises me every time I watch you guys fight, I always think that you'll start throwing things at each other" Izuku said gripping his backpack straps,"Nah, that was only one time" we laughed walking his direction to his apartment. "I am here!" We stopped watching All Might flex in front of us,"All Might! But you were just surrounded by reporters until just now"

"Getting away from them was a piece of cake. Why? Because I am All Migh—"All Might spit out a large amount of blood deflating," Young man. I come with thanks, a correction, and a suggestion (y/n) this doesn't concern you too much but since I have a feeling you haven't went home I might as well tell you after I tell him this, thank you" he looked Izuku in the eyes thanking him for helping out in the situation and for being brave,"so my offer is this...you are worthy to inherit my power" "Eh?" Me and Izuku ask tilting our heads at the same time.

He starts laughing saying it's a decision,"I'm talking about my power, young man. The tabloids called it"superhuman strength" and a "boost and I always  dodge the question by making a joke" I scratched my head listening to his whole story how one person continued the power letting it grow stronger. I pat Izukus shoulder,"do it oh my god Izuku if you don't except this offer I will smack you to next week" he rubbed his eyes determination in them,"I'll do it","An immediate reply. That's what I thought you'd say" All Might look at me," and as for you, little one I've made some arrangements for you next year though you'll have to do the rest"

"Next year? What's happening next year?" I looked at Izuku he thought for a bit his mouth hung open,"U.A.!" "Are you serious.." He nods smiling at me," after hearing about your unfairness at home I thought I could lend a hand"
