54. Hospital Moments

After Mom crashed into the room choking me to death Dad got the chance to hug me, but I was most anxious to see Katsuki, "Where's Katsuki?"

"He's taking Tobi outside to pee he'll be back inside in a bit"

Dad says holding my hand letting tears roll down his face. Mom sits down digging through her bag, "They told me that once you wake up you'll be malnourished, so I got you your favorite drink, Banana Milk!"

She pulls out two cartons of banana milk sitting them on my lap. I quietly thanked her trying to open one, "How's Sock?"

"He's fine he's just sleeping in the house"

I nod giving up on trying to open it, Dad grabs it opening it and puts a straw in it. He holds it in front of me letting me drink it, "Thanks... I'm sorry for making you worry"

"Sweety it's okay it wasn't your fault that that man took you and your brother"

"I know... But I feel like I could've done something to prevent it..."

I stare down at my lap clenching at the bedsheets. Mom rubs my thigh holding my hand. "What matters is that you're here now, away from those disgusting men"

Dad nods putting down the carton. The door swings open revealing Tobi barking loudly with Katsuki not too far behind, "Damn mutt! I will sell you on eBay!"

"Katsuki shut up there are people trying to rest!"

Tobi pushes Dad throwing half his body on the bed. He barked licking my face letting out small whimpers, "Tobi! Calm down!"

Dad pulls him off laughing at excitement. I painfully lifted my hand resting it on his head. I left it there at least satisfied with it being there. Katsuki came up to me asking if I was okay, "Kinda... Everything hurts... He took all my Quirks except my Copy and Butterfly quirk...They're all gone even my wings that I loved so much... my book it's... It's still there"

"Book?"

"It's the one I used during the Sports Festival, they took it and he used it as a list"

"Don't worry we'll tell the police about it, for now, rest you're still drained from energy"

Mom rests her hand on my shoulder smiling I nod resting on the bed. I stayed quiet hearing the voices of guilt. 'It's your fault'

'If you weren't so weak you wouldn't have been taken'
