28. Delivery Girl

After the whole Quirk explanation, we head out to the city. The bright light lit up the streets giving it a nice color.

"This looks awesome!" we stood on a rooftop watching the people walk below us."There's a certain time here in Hosu City that all the lights turn off and you can see an amazing view of the stars"

Kamui sat on the edge pointing out at shops and restaurants that he personally thinks are good, "they have great rice and their steamed meat tastes spectacular"

He exclaims with a happy tone we hear a shout below us. We spot a man running fast from a woman as she screams for help, "alright Intern let's see what you can do" he jumps down asking a question blocking the villains' path.

"Question one: when a villain makes the first move, what do you do?"

"Oh um think what the situation is?"

He nods kicking the villain towards me a tendril comes out of my back wrapping around him. I hold him in the air as he struggles, he manages to escapes thrashing a knife at me.

Kamui grabs him holding him in an arm lock, "Question two: when being threatened with a weapon what must you do?"

"Easy keep your distance. Learned that from my brothers' tantrums" he pushes the villain to me as I kick the weapon away I do a full spin hitting him with my heel knocking him out.

The people around us cheer for a while then continued their night the lady thanked us making her way back. Kamui ties up the villain giving me a high-five, "Not bad...you learned that from your brothers' tantrums?"

I laugh scratching the back of my head, "Yeah I would piss him off at the kitchen at times which is when he's cutting stuff" Kamui chuckles messing up my hair, "I realized I haven't gotten your Hero Name" my tendril seeps back in my back as I told him my Hero Name.

"Its Pistis"

"Pistis? Like the Greek God of trust?"

I nod hearing the sirens of the police as they drive up taking the villain away, " I want people to trust me as a hero" he pulls me into a hug petting my head, "I trust you"

Kamui opens the door for me locking it behind him, "You did great on your first patrol. I'm sure you want to sleep now seeing as how it's 2 in the morning"

I shake my head yes yawning loudly." your bedroom is on the second floor right across from mines if you need anything ask okay?" I bring up the hand closing them to a thumbs up. We go to the locker room getting my stuff and to the second floor.

"Have a good night sleep. We have a busy day tomorrow" I tell him goodnight closing the door behind me. I look around the room it was basically like my own room in my house.

I take a quick shower changing to my pajamas and settling in bed. It was rather lonely in bed I usually had Tobi sleeping next to me snoring loudly.

I hear someone on the other side snoring like a hog, not even a pig snore a hog snore. 'I guess this'll due'

~Next Day~

It's kinda sad not having my baby dog with me. 'wonder what's he doing' I yawned getting up it was 8:40 a.m. which scared me half to death. I quickly change to my hero suit, brushing my hair, and teeth. Then rushing out of my room.

I bump into a broad chest dropping both of us to the ground. "...Sorry didn't mean to crash into you"

I glance up and noticed it was Kamui a blush spread on my face quickly getting up on my feet. He chuckles telling me it was fine, "I was going to come to wake you up anyways, but seeing as how you're up"

"Yeah, um who's the person next to my room?"

He glances the room next to my door apologizing, "I'm so sorry I forgot to warn you. Madam Light snores...very loudly"

I shake my head punching the air with my fists smiling up at him, "on the contrary I slept fine. The snoring was what put me to sleep my dog snores just like that. Er less like that"

He bursts into a fit of laughter clutching his stomach. He leans on the wall trying to breathe, "don't tell Madam Light but when I first came here I had to sleep right next to her room which is your room. And I didn't have a wink of sleep because of her, I guess you just got lucky to be used to things that loud"

I shrugged my shoulders somewhat agreeing to his words. We go to the stairs walking down the small flight of stairs.

"...so what are we going to do?" he hums for a bit leading me to the lobby. A medium box sat in the front with an agency taped on it, "more like what you're going to do"

'eh?'

He pats the box then pointing at the direction, "this box was sent to the wrong agency and I was thinking this is perfect!"

"it is?"

"It is, lets put this as an exercise. Say this box contains important information of all the heroes in the world their personal lives, their weaknesses, who they work for, etc."

He picks up the box dropping it in my hands it was heavy but it wasn't light either, "think of this as a mission to deliver information. Now it won't be easy I'm going to have a few of the people here try and take it from you" four people come up to us smirking.

One had a robin hood appearance with a bow on him back with arrow on his side, his mask was black and tied to his face.

Next to him stood Madam Light her suit was skin tight she didn't have a mask, but she had swirls on the sides of her face.

After her stood a woman I couldn't really tell what she looked like all she had was black cape with her hood on. Last but not least was another man he didn't have a mask either and his hair was black and red highlights at the ends spiked up. He wore a black suit with white gloves and boots.

"They will fight you on the way there so if you have a flying quirk in you. Don't even think about using it" I take a deep breath weighing the box. The heroes in front of me wish me good luck exiting the building.

"The hero agency you have to go to is Genius Office which is in the center of Tokyo, think you can handle it while being chased?"

I place the box down bringing a confident smile and thumbs up to Kamui, "it'll be a walk in the park, Senpai!"
