5. Training

Sorry about the time gap I've been having a week test and that's all I've been thinking about until today when I finally have a chapter out so here ya go!

{Days later}

"So, why am I here? Last time I checked it was YOUR quirk. Not mine" I yawned rubbing my eyes. Tobi whined dropping himself on the ground,"I want your support (y/n)-Chan and I just thought it'll be fun" Izuku said grabbing my hand,"okay, but you're carrying Tobi"

I continued to walk hearing Izuku ask why Tobi is so heavy. "well he is a big dog and why are you complaining about his weight? Isn't All Might going to do something crazy to work you out?" Izuku looked up a light layer of sweat matted over forehead as he heaved.

" you're right!...All Might!" Izuku dropped Tobi as he booked it to the beach, "geez thanks! Come on Tobi, get up" I watched the large dog roll on his back whining and huffing, "ugh! Fine!" I squat down lifting him up as if he was a baby again." why did you even come?!"

Tobi gave a slobber worth lick on my cheeks. "you are disgusting" we finally reached the beach Tobi saw the large body of water feeling his tail wag he jumped out of my arms and into the water, "Dang dog" I followed the flight of stairs meeting up with the giant amount of trash blocking my view,"(Y/n)-chan over here!"

I see a crushed fridge and distressed Izuku holding papers, "whats this?" a very specific list laid in front of me, "this is your schedule?! Even sleep is counted!!" the top of each paper had the title 'American Dream Plan' and on the corner '10 months' which was the time he has left to train, "10 months you're going to kill him," I say to All Might he laughs loudly walking up to me, "young (y/n) it will only kill him if he overdoes it"

:10 months later:

Over the 10 months while Izuku trained so did I. Working on speed mostly but I've developed some muscle in some specific areas. If you know what I mean. Mom still doesn't like it when I leave the house for a long time but is fine if Tobi accompanies me. "wake up nerd!"

6:45a.m.

"AAAAHHH!! I WON'T HAVE TIME TO EAT!!" jumping out of bed almost stepping on Tobi's tail I leaped for the dresser grabbing whatever I thought was 'okay' I ran down the steps thinking over and over 'you can do this! You can do this!'
"Katsuki! Make me toast!"

"DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO YOU UGLY RAG!!"

"DO IT ALREADY AND I'M NOT A RAG YOU TOILET BRUSH!"

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME YOU ASS-WIPE!!"

" A TOILET BRUSH NOW MAKE ME TOAST!!"

"STOP SCREAMING THERE ARE PEOPLE HERE THAT NEED THERE BEAUTY REST!!"

Mom yelled shutting us up. Katsuki walked up to me stuffing the toast in my mouth, "we're leaving" his rough hand gripped mine dragging me out the door. " I don't want to be late because of your slow-ass" "hmm"

Reaching the huge school I felt a smile graze on my face, "this is awesome" "hey do me a favor, shut up" I yanked my hand away rubbing the brushing spot, "sure but if I see something I like--oh Izuku-kun!!" I could see the mumbling cinnamon bun,"(y/n)-chan g-good morning, best of luck!" "you too and do you feel any different?" he shakes his head a red hue crawling on his pale skin, "move deku! (y/n) let's go"

Katsuki stomped over grabbing my wrist once more and away from Izuku." see you later I guess" "idiot I don't get why you talk to that other idiot" "you have your friends I have mine"

"For all, you examiner listeners tuning in, welcome to my show today! Everybody say "hey"!" an eerie silence crossed the room, "katsuki...I am so sorry...HEY!!" I waved my hands in the air catching a lot of attention, "thank you number 2301! Then I'll quickly present to you the rundown on the practical exam! are you ready?!"

Another eerie silence crossed the room, "Yeah!" Izuku mumbled about the hero in front of us clearly annoying katsuki, "shut up"

"As it says in the application requirements, you listeners will be conducting ten-minute mock urban battles after this! You can bring whatever you want with you! After this presentation, you'll head to the specified battle center, okay?...OKAY!" I pull out a sheet of paper with my name on it and other information on it. Battle Center B on it at the top, " in other words, they won't let you work with your friends, huh?" katsuki looked at my card and Izukus, "Y-You're right. Even though our examiner numbers are consecutive we were assigned to different battle centers" Izuku finished, "yea well I'm with you Izuku..and I'm glad" I whispered the last part in his ear giggling quietly.

"Three different types of faux villains are stationed in each battle center. You earn points for each of them based on their level of difficulty. Your goal, dear listeners, is to use your Quirks to earn points by immobilizing the faux villains. Of course, attacking other examinees and any other unheroic actions are prohibited!" a stiff guy stood up raising his hand high, "May I ask a question?" "of course!" a stage light shot down on him causing him to glow a little, "On the printout, there are four types of villains. If that's a misprint, then U.A., the most prominent school of Japan should be ashamed of that foolish mistake" I smack my head with my hand wishing he would hurry up I noticed his pointing at Izuku then to me, "and you doing childish acts in a professional building have some respect" glaring I stood up, "talking smack you stiff stick in the mud why don't you take a trip down to get a life street bet they'll have something there to stick up your--!!" a hand went over my mouth before I could finish, "okay okay, clam down and Examinee Number 7111 thanks for the great message the fourth type of villain is worth zero points that guys an obstacle, so to speak the obstacle that will go crazy in narrow spaces it's not impossible to defeat, but there's no reason to defeat it, either. I recommend that you listeners try to avoid it."

I huffed wishing I finished I rest on my hand taking deep breathes, "that's all from me! Finally, I'll give you listeners a present--our school's motto! The hero Napoleon Bonaparte once said:" a true hero is someone who overcomes life's misfortunes" go beyond Plus Ultra!"

"that couldn't have taken any longer honestly" I waved my hand as I got on the bus. Izuku mumbled following sitting next to me, "don't worry it's going to be alright" I smiled rubbing his back, "yea, you're right" I turned to the window dropping my smile I started to think what would happen if I didn't make it. Would katsuki think differently of me, "the ride will be short kids so enjoy the last few minutes you have until the disasters begin"
