16. Get Away From Him

"I'm going to start going down soon, so we have to stay quiet in the shallow part of the water, kero" I turn to Tsu grabbing her hand in the air,"alright, this is a good distance from the villains so we'll be fine" Izuku said looking back at the giant ball of villains in the water arguing with each other.

"hey, Izuku-- huh?!" I caught the boy muttering again, 'really at a time like this Izuku?' "Midoriya stop it. It's scary" Tsu said dragging Mineta behind her, " Rather than reflecting back, shouldn't you think about what to do next?" "I agree with Tsu and are you okay you're fingers are broken to the max Izuku" I grab his hand examining it his thumb and middle finger being purple like last time and out of place, " I'm fine anyway, we should make getting help our top priority. It would be best to follow the shore and avoid the central plaza as we head towards the exit" he pulls down his protector over his hand pointing at the exit with his covered hand, " are you sure you don't want me to fix it?" worry lingering in my question he nods laughing lightly, " it's a small injury please don't strain yourself because of me (Y/n)-chan I'm sure Recovery Girl can fix this herself" I nodded taking a deep breath, " if you say so, but I did get the quirk to aid you and others" with his good hand he holds my shoulder giving me a reassuring dorky smile that I've grown attached to.

"Aizawa sensei has drawn a large number of villains to the plaza." we see dirt raise up in the center it's rather a nerve wreak knowing your teacher is giving all he can to protect his students also knowing he could possibly lose his life in this fight, but then again I'm sure hrs being through worse...I hope, " but I think he overexerted himself by jumping into that crowd of villains to protect us."

I look at Izuku already knowing what he meant by that. And not too lightly if you ask me. "wait, Midoriya, don't tell me you...stupid, stupid, stupid!" "I know this isn't a good idea guys but if we can find an opening and lessen the load, maybe we can actually make ourselves useful in this course. Teach those bad guys who they're messing with" Mineta shook his head Tsu hums finally saying yes I turned to the main guy smiling softly at him, "I know you can't say no to this, Izuku-kun this is luring candy for you" I stick my hand out to him waiting for his. With his good hand, he grabs it smiling at me, "I'm afraid you know me too well (Y/n)-chan"

Swimming up to the closest corner we could find, we kept our heads low staying as quiet as possible. "Hey, Midoriya, we're just here to see how things are going, okay?" turns out I didn't win the little lecture earlier and came to "check" if Aizawa sensei was fine, " we'll run away the instant it seems dangerous" half my head stayed in the water huffing angrily, making bubbles rise out of it, " I'm sorry (Y/n)-chan if I ruined your mood to fight. I know that little Kacchan part of you really wanted to fight badly" "mmm" calming down I looked away leaning in the water in searching for Aizawa sensei. And there he was beating up villains left to right my eyes gleamed in excitement as he punches the villains wrapping them up in rapid speed then dropping them unconscious, 'this is so much better than T.V.' I squeal in the water biting my finger out of habit when I get excited.

Just as he lays a hard hit on a teal haired villain covered in hands they stop, talking to each other. Aizawa sensei's arm shook pulling away. "what the heck?! His elbow" Aizawa takes a few steps back taking deep breaths his hair dropping then rising again when the villains fought him, " he isn't used to this types of fights is he?" Izuku shakes his head getting nervous.

A giant bird-like creature came up behind him cutting off his eye guard. It began to beat up his body slamming him face-down to the cement covered ground twisting his arm in the most abnormal way, " Izuku, hold my sweater" "what? (Y/n) this is not the time to-" another cry of pain came from our sensei. I through my sweater at Izuku changing into the demon wolf, which I know is a danger to handle around, but it was the best I could think of at the heat of the moment.

Running out of the water I sprint towards the teal haired villain dropping him. Towering over him I snarled creating an unusual sound that would give shivers to anyone down their backs, "aren't you cute, pet, pet~" his hands touch my fur gasping he continues to pet me pulling his hand away quickly before I could bite it, " you're not descending, why?" my once (e/c) eyes changed to pure blood red, my teeth sharp as knives and my frisky ears perking at the top of my head tail curling while the hairs on it spiked. Having half of this quirk hurt as hell but not as much as having the whole transformation. It seemed to put him in place seeing my half normal self, " your quirk cancels out when you touch me. Don't think I didn't notice your quirk when I bumped into you when I helped you up, the way you kept your pinky out from touching my whole hand" he laughs touching my cheeks to my hair lastly running his thumb over my bottom lip, " you're a very observant person, not many notice me doing that. It's been so long since I've touched another person....it feels amazing" I growl my nails grew sharp pulling my hand back ready to strike.

I felt a tear roll down my face out of pain and anger, " tell that thing to get away from him!!" just as I swipe down I was thrown off him crashing on the ground painfully. The creature roared walking up to me I fully change into the demon wolf getting up. I leaped at it taking a huge bite on its shoulder, it thrashed around yanking me off, 'it hurts, it's so warm' I growl at it again doing the same to the other shoulder. But it was no use.

Izuku pov:
I clenched (Y/n)'s sweater as she fought against the Nomu she staggered in place huffing badly her back arched wailing painful cries the Nomu noticed her attacks stopping and went back to Aizawa, 'oh man, what do I do, I'm just sitting here like a duck in a pond. Useless.'

I felt tears at the brim of my eyes I couldn't take it anymore the only person besides my mom who's actually cared for me, just got beaten up by some Nomu and I'm just watching. She doesn't deserve it. She doesn't. So why can't I move? She needs a hero. A real hero. That's why I entered U.A. to become a hero for everyone. For her.

"Game Over" 'Huh?!'

" I have a bad feeling about this, Midoriya and Bakugo-chan is going berserk" I held (Y/n)'s sweater frowning, " Yeah. For them to simply retreat after doing all this... And (Y/n)-chan I've never seen her like this. So....savage" as if slow-motion was on the teal haired male flashed in front of us slowly inching his dangerous hand closer to Tsu. Every part of me screamed to save her but I didn't move. He stopped 'tch' "You really are cool...Eraser head"
