Chapter 23 ~ Busted

~Hayes~

This is just creepy. Who would hate Emma? You know, other than the football players, and the cheerleaders. But they said once they get her 'back'. What is that supposed to mean? Did she date anybody before me? All these thought went threw my mind while I laid there besides Emma with Nash on the other side if her. Gawd Nash snores really loud, pig. "Gawd Nash" I hear in a quiet voice. "I know right" I say in the same tone. She faces me. "I'm sorry did I wake you?" She asks, all innocent. I shook my head no" I'm just worried about you" I say. "This shouldn't be happening to you" I said. All of a sudden the snoring stops, awe crap I woke up the pig. "Shut up you two!" Nash said with his face in the pillow. Me and Emma start laughing and he soon joins. "You do the same pig!" I said. He laughed and so did Emma. Soon after a little bit of silence, the snoring started again. I groaned. "Eh, I can sleep threw it" Emma said. "I fell asleep at a Daughtry concert when I was like, 10" she said. (That is true. I can now sleep threw anything. I slept threw a tornado siren too). I soon felt light breathing on my chest. I looked down to see Emma asleep. Her head was on my chest with my arm wrapped around her. I soon felt my eyes get heavier and I let sleep take over.

~The Next Morning~

I woke up and looked around. "Awe crap we have Magcon today" I said throwing a pillow on my face. "Yeah but it's the last day in Cali, then we go to Orlando " Emma said from the bathroom. "I didn't even realize you were gone!" I said, I could hear her laugh. "That's because I replaced myself with that pillow" she said walking in the room. I looked down, and sure enough there's a pillow where Emma used to be. She smiled, because she was right. "Sneaky" I said. She had on skinny jeans and her Jack and Jack t-shirt. She put on her gray Jordan's and got off the bed. She went to her drawer and made a face. "What's wrong?" I asked. "I can't find my-" she was cut off by her phone. "Wow, I haven't gotten one all day, why now?" She asked. She picked it up and read the message. Her eyes widened. "What does it say?" I ask getting up. She hands me her phone.

Unknown - Hey babe, can't wait to see you today. Your gonna be great, just by the way you look now ;)

I gave her phone back and asked her what she's looking for. "I can't find my fricken Nashty beani" she said going threw her drawers. I looked around and helped her, then her phone went off. Again..."Unknown - You might wanna look under your bed ;)" she read out loud. She walked over to the bed and sure enough, it was there. She picked it up and shook it. "What are you doing?" I asked. "There might be a camera in here" she said. So after about 10 mins of shaking it she put it on, and she looked really pretty. "Awe, thank you" she said while blushing" I smiled. I wasn't gonna say oops, because it wasn't needed. We all got in the limo and headed to the place Magcon was being held at. We walked in the break room and made a couple of vines. "So, have you heard from the person today?" Matt asked. Emma nodded. She sowed them the messages. "And sure enough my beani was there" she finished. Taylor looked at Ria and she looked like she was about to flip out. "Ria, it's gonna be okay. He or she just wants me" Emma said. Ria nodded and kinda calmed down. We all sat down and hung until Magcon started. We all got introduced and Q and A started. Then Bart started calling on people. "This is for, Kat and Matt" a girl asked. "Ya?" Kat asked. "How did you two meet? I mean your the perf couple!" She said. "Awe thank you! And we met in elementary school. I was new, and Matt showed me around. We became best friends till 7th grade when he asked me out" Kat said while smiling at Matt. The crowd awed and so did we. We kept going till my phone started vibrating, it was a call. Mom. I sighed and whispered to Emma. "Ill be right back" I told her, she nodded. I got up and then went to the back. Me and my mom talked for a while, she was missing us. A lot. "Okay love you too, bye" I said then hung up. I turned around and Amber was standing there. "Hey babe" she said. I looked around me. "You are you talking to?" I asked, she laughed. "I came back to get what I want" she said walking closer to me. I kept backing away till I hit the wall. "What exactly do you want" I said. "You" she said then crashed her lips on mine, I didn't kiss back. I felt like I was gonna throw up. I kept trying to get her off me till I heard the door open. She finally let go and I couldn't believe who I saw. Specially at the worst time right now. She stood there with tears in her chocolate brown eyes. Emma...
