I feel like God had sent Anika bhabhi for Gauri not Shivaay
Bhavya's p.o.v
When I saw my Ri lying down in bed with many attached wires I felt like I was being back stabbed and when Doctor explained her condition I was more broken I just wanted her back. I wanted to fight with her then get caught by papa and escape narrowly
I was really dead when I got the news of her accident two years ago but after seeing her I thought that I got her back in some form but now I am in the same place where I was when I held my phone close to my ears to hear that my Ri was alive and got saved in the accident
Anika:My blood group is also same!
When she goes from there I had a many question so I went from there

Anika Bhabhi went from there and the doctor continues
Doctor:We are continuing our best but the hope is less!
I felt like going away from everywhere and everyone
We all went and sit on the waiting area and soon Anika bhabhi also came back after donating blood
Bhavya's p.o.v
I follow Anika bhabhi and nurse and after she had done her blood donation I request the doctor to conduct the DNA test and I got the report fast because long ago I had accidently asked the Doctor to conduct the DNA test of Ri and mine but accidently it become Ri and Anika Bhabhi so the report was already available but when I saw the words written there I was in a hell shock
DNA TEST:POSITIVE
She was our long lost sister she is our Ani di not Anika Bhabhi
I went from there and saw the whole Oberoi Family sitting outside ICU except Tej uncle
I went towards Anika Bha...no di and wrap my hand across her body and hugs her and cry hardly and she starts rubbing on my back to calm me down
Anika:No..shh don't cry nothing will happen to Gauri
My words gets stuck in my throat so I hand over the test report to Ani di

When I came to know that Gauri had accident I felt like I emptied something from me. The same pain which I got when I get separated from my Chutki
When I came to know that Gauri's and my blood group is same I didn't waste a second and donated the blood
I was sitting outside the ICU when Bhavya came and lean on me and I knew how much hurt she may have felt by now so I tried to calm her down but she pass me a report and I was confused but still I took it and read
DNA REPORT OF ANIKA AND GAURI:POSITIVE!!!!
My eyes wide in shock and I look at Bhavya in confusion
Anika:Did Gauri had any nick name in childhood?
She look at me in confusion but I just want to confirm
Bhavya:Papa and me used to call her Ri but mama always call her Chutki!
I close my eyes and allow more tears to fall down from my face and ran from there to see my Chutki
She was not my devrani but my own sister and I came to know it when she was fighting in between death and life
Shivaay and others also follow me but I was deaf due to fear,happiness, sadness and many other emotions
I try to open the door of ICU but the nurses stop me and I started yelling but of no use
Nurse:Mam she is in the operation theatre and no one is allowed now.

Due to continuous crying I think so I was not able to answer so I hand him over the lab report and he stare at it for a few minutes then hugs me

Gauri is Anika bhabhis siter?!!!!
I felt numb and guilty

Shivaay hugs Anika and lets her cry and after a few hours Doctor came out of Operation theatre and all goes to him
Doctor:She is out of danger now. She will be under observation for the next two days
All nods sending a silent prayer to God
Doctor:Mr.Oberoi I would like you to meet me in my cabin
Shivaay nods and Doctor went away
Shivaay:Now she is out of danger you guys please go back to home.
Shivaay,Rudr,Anika bhabhi and me refused to go and after an argument we stay there itself and all five went to Doctors cabin
Om:Why did you call us, Doctor?
Doctor:As you all already know that she had a head injury a few years back. This accident had made the wound to reopen and I am sorry to say but she is having memory loss
We all gets shocked hearing but not more than me
Doctor:And it looks like she forgot the memories of last two years
Om[in mind]:Last two years!! Which means that she forgot me also Our marriage, my accusations and everything!
We all nods and went from there
I go and sit in a seat with a thud and starts crying and all runs to me
Shivaay:Om its Ok she is out of danger!
Om[crying]:She is out of danger but she forgot us all!
Anika:But we can create new memories!
All looks at Anika surprised
Anika:Yes, she had many bitter memories during last two years and she forgot what she wanted to forget. She may have forgotten us also but from her mind but not from her heart.
Shivaay:Yes Om, we can create new memories
Om nods and hugs Shivaay
Rudr:And O, if you don't stop crying then I will also cry.
i smile a bit and slaps slowly on Rudr's cheeks and he makes his usual puppy face and all leaves a small laugh seeing it
For the next two days AniYaShivOmRu stay in the hospital
In Gauri's room
Gauri opens her eyes and AniYaShivOmRu looks on shocked and surprised and Doctor checks her
Doctor:She is mentally fit, just a little time is needed for her wounds to heal and she will be perfectly fine
Shivaays thanks him and Doctor leaves from there
Gauri:Bhavya, who all are they?
Gauri looks on confused at AniShivOmRu and they four felt hurt and Anika and Om goes out crying and Shivya follows them to console them but Rudr stays there

Rudr:You are my Chulbhul Bhabhi?
Gauri[shocked]:Bhabhi??!!
Rudr:Yes, you married Om.
Gauri:Who is Om and how did I marry him?
Rudr smirks as something mischievous came on his mind

Rudr:No, both you had some feelings from the first sight but you were afraid and O thought that you were going to someone else's wife
