"Ahh! Uliyah!" I shouted. Napabalikwas ako ng bangon. All the memories about that fight came to me again.
Tumingala ako sa oras, its 2:30 am in the morning. I was breathing heavily, remembering everything that happened.
"Nightmares again?" Someone said and as he snaked his arms around my waist, which made ma calm down.
"Yeah." Mahina kong sabi. Tumayo siya at kumuha ng tubig sa mini ref namin sa kwarto, tapos binigay niya ito saakin. Agad naman akong uminon ng tubig.
Vlad and I were married for about 7 years now, and my nightmares about the fight me and Uliyah had started about 9 years from now, hanggang ngayon yun parin ang nightmares ko kahit napakatagal na ng pangyayaring yun.
"Are you okay?" Tanong ni Vlad sabay hagod sa balikat ko, tumango naman ako. "Let's go back to sleep." He suggested, I nodded again. Humiga ako ulit at tumabi siya saakin, then he hugged me tight. "Sleep tightly, everything's alright now."
Right... okay na ang lahat. There's nothing to worry about.
"Twila! Wake up! Right now!'' Napabalikwas ako ng bangon dahil sa pag gising saakin ni Vlad.
''Bakit ba?" Taranta kong tanong. His face looks so worried. Kaya kinabahan ako.
"Our daughter... I can't find her since morning--''
"What? Si Al? Si AD?'' Tanong ko.
"They're in their room, si Ari ang wala." Where could she be?
"Are you sure you searched everywhere?" I asked. Tumango siya.
"I did and she's nowhere in the castle." Nakikita ko sa mata niya ang pag-alala. Duh? Sino bang di mag-alala sa situation na to? Nawawala ang anak mo? Its already 2 pm, and to think she was missing since morning, skipped breakfast and lunch, sinong di mag-alala niyan?
Para akong nabuhusan ng malamig na tubig. Agad akong bumangon at lumabas sa kwarto. I searched every corner of the castle, pero wala. No sign of my 3 year old daughter. I already asked the maids if nakita ba nila si Ari, pero they all said no. At this point, kinabahan na talaga ako ng todo.
Since Vlad only mentioned searching inside the castle, lumabas ako, I searched everywhere, from the stables, garden, and mini park. Pero wala. I called some of my friends tapos they all said wala, and I feel bad for calling them kasi ngayon lahat sila nag alala na din.
"Where could she be." I said, my voice sounds so hopeless. Umupo ako sa gilid ng pond at nag isip ng malalim. Until something caught my eye. Agad akong lumapit sa bagay na nakita ko.
It was Ari's lego block. Pagtingin ko sa unahan, may mga lego blocks pa dun. I followed her lego blocks, baka this will lead to where Ari is.
Then I figured, these lego blocks are leading me to the hall outside our kingdom, hindi ko to nasali kanina kasi nasa likod na to, and I forgot about this part, bago lang kasi ito dito. So as I went inside the hall, it was dark, the lights were turned off. While I was looking around the hall, I saw a familiar figure.
"Freysha?" Tanong ko. Agad naman siyang lumingon saakin. "What are you doing here?" Imposibleng siya ang kumuha sa anak ko, she could never. Btw, yung isang kamay niya di na niya magagamit, because of what happened years ago, yung rainbow blade, yes that blade caused that.
