Chapter 48: Wolrines

Twila's POV

Sa tagal naming naglalakad, napagod kami. Kaya we decided to rest muna.

"Mag gagabi na, dito nalang tayo matulog." Sky said while holding his watch. You wont know if its night or day, because its always night here, the only light is the full moon that is shining so bright. "Its already 5:47 pm." Dagdag niya.

"Lets eat first." Sabi ni Ivy. Sumang-ayon kami lahat. In the middle of where we are, naglagay ng fire si Flame to give us warmth.

We opened our magic bags at kumuha ng mga pagkain, kumuha kami ng mga logs para aming upuan, at ipinalibot sa apoy.

We shared our food. And nung nabusog na kami, nag usap usap pa kami, until we decided to take a rest.

"Its getting late, matulog na tayo, we have a long day tomorrow." Aqua said.

"Okay." Tipid na sabi ni Vlad. Nilagay na nila ang mga tig-iisang gamit nila sa sahig, preparing to rest.

I looked up to the trees. Sa puno nalang kaya kami matulog? Mas delikado if dito lang sa ground kami matulog.

"Wait." I said. All of them looked at me confused. "Sa puno nalang tayo matulog, it will be more dangerous if were going to sleep on the ground." Malaki naman ang sanga ng mga puno eh, these mystical trees are nor ordinary.

"She's right." Vlad agreed. "Let's sleep on the trees." He said. Napangiti naman ako, ang gwapo niya kasi mag salita jusko!

'I know I'm handsome, don't stare at me too much Twila.' Basa ko sa isip ni Vlad, agad naman akong nag-iwas ng tingin. Minake sure ko naman na  blinock ko utak ko, mahirap na.

"Twila, I found a spot for us to sleep." Sabi ni Alisha. Tumango lang ako at sumunod sakanya. Tinulungan ako ni Alisha na maka-akyat sa sanga ng puno. Nasa ikatlong sanga kami ng isang puno. Nasa ikalawang sanga naman si Vlad sa punonh to. Ang iba nasa kanya kanyang puno with their Alicorn. Yes, napaka lapad ng sanga ng mga puno dito.

"Goodnight guys." I heard someone said, di ko na kilala sino. Because I drifted to sleep as soon as I lay down on the rough branch.

"Twila! Wake up!" I heard someone whispered in my ear. I tend to sleep more when someone's waking me, pero this time I'm wide awake.

I was about to talk, but Vlad shh-ed me and pointed downwards.

Wolves... they are soooo big!! And theyre so many! Naghahanap ata to sila ng makakain. I dont want to be a food.

The Wolves were colored blue, I think they were called Wolrine? (Wolf Marine) Im not so sure, tinuro kasi sa school ang tungkol sa mga animals sa dark side, in case we encounter one. But unfortunately, di ko maalala pano labanan sila.

Tiningnan ko ang ibang kasama namin. Gising na din sila, and they are also signalling to be quiet. All of us don't want to be food for these hungry wolves.

I hid my presence, and looks like they also hid their presence. As what I said earlier, ayaw namin maging pagkain.

I think the best way para di kami matunton nila is maging tahimik. We waited for them to go.

But unfortunately...

One of them, the wolves, spotted one of our members. Signalling their pack leader, they all turned their heads to where Aqua is... Right... these wolves can easily locate blue... And Aqua is wearing all blue.. Great.
