kathryn and max came inside and sat down on the couch with ali and i. i sat beside kathryn, ali sat beside kathryn on her other side, then max beside ali. whatever's going on seems stupid.

"movie?" max asked, looking at the girls. they nodded and clapped. max and i laughed.

we turned on a horror film just to make them uneasy. haha. take that kathryn and ali.

at the end of it, kathryn clung to me as ali and max hugged. open much?

"hey i need to talk to you," i whispered to kathryn. she looked at me confused. "why?" she asked. i shrugged. "i guess you'll find out," i replied. "no fair," she said, laughing. i smirked.

i got up and winked at max. he nodded. ali just sat there on her phone not noticing. kathryn followed me outside. "we're going on a walk," i said to her. "harveyyy do i have to?" she asked, dragging behind.

"yesss," i mocked back, grabbing her hand and walking down the road. she's probably freaking out right now.

"okay so, i was wondering if you maybe wanted to go to the party with me as your date.." i say, nervously hiding the necklace for her in my hand.

she turned to me and smiled. "i'd love to!" she said, hugging me. i hugged back. i like this girl a lot.

i then handed her the necklace. "oh my gosh! i love it!" she said, smiling and admiring it.

i smiled. "i know you like traveling and adventures so why not give you something to remind you of our adventure together?" i explained.

she nodded. "thank you," she said smiling again.

"put it on me?" she asked, holding it to me. i nodded. "sure," i said, taking it as she moved her hair to one side and turned around so i could place it on her neck.

after i finished, she moved her hair back and turned around for me to observe.

"does it look okay?" she asked, obviously insecure.

"it looks amazing on you," i accidentally said, flirting back.

when we finished the walk, we went back to the house.

"we're backkkk," my voice rang out.

i heard running down the stairs by people.

"did she say yesssss?" max yelled as he ran. soon, he appeared around the corner and stopped infront of kathryn and i. i nodded happily and she smiled and pointed to the necklace.

"ahhh! yayyyyy!" ali commented, yelling and hugging kathryn.

kathryn laughed in response.

we all talked for a while until we decided to go to the park and hang out.

we walked there, talking the whole time, and i enjoyed every single part of it.

max and ali walked behind kathryn and i and flirtatiously talked as me and kathryn had pretty normal conversation flowing. it was nice being around people who didn't care about the fame.

don't get me wrong, i grateful for it, but i really like having people who like max and i for us, not just because we can grant them a bit of followers.

once at the park, max and ali talked on a bench as kathryn and i went and actually played on the equipment. we probably looked stupid, but i mean, you can't blame us for being teenage toddlers.

"so..how many girls have you actually dated?" kathryn asked curiously.

i gulped a little louder than i wanted to.

"maybe eleven or so.." i said, scratching the back of my neck. it's a habit i do when i'm nervous or put on the spot. i was definitely nervous.

what if my past worried kathryn and changed her mind about me?

"oh. keeping count i see." she said with a laugh. i nervously laughed back.

"just guessing," i replied.

"ah, okay," she said back.

"will i see any of your exes and possibly make them super jealous tomorrow?" she asked, jokingly.

"most likely. they seem to be there when no one wants them around so yeah," i answered honestly.

"well then. good thing i got a good outfit to rub it in their faces that i'm better by far," she joked again.

"no matter what you wear you're always gonna be better," i replied, flirting on accident.

"aww thank you," she said back, sweetly.

"no problem, you gorgeous american," i said, laughing.

"how sweet, you confusing brit," she said, laughing back.

"confusing?" i asked.

"very." she answered.
