party day *woot woot*

"aye kathrynnn," max said, making me look at him as he walked through ali and i's bedroom door.

"maxyyyy," i replied. he looked at me disgusted. "where the actual heck did 'maxy' come from?" he asked, sitting down beside me on the bed.

i laughed. "well. i got this crazy idea one day right?.." i started, trying to make up some weird story to say. he cut me off. "okay, okay. i get it. i'm now maxy." he said with a laugh. i nodded. "my maxy."

that made him smile. yay.

"so. ready for the party tonight?" he asked excitedly. i nodded. "i can't wait! it's gonna be so much fun!" i said, throwing my hands into the air, dancing a little.

"you're not scared at all? ali is seriously freaking out!" he said concerned.

"max. she's fineeee! god! plus, i'll watch after her too. she just gets nervous. trust me, i know," i said as if it was old news. he nodded with relief.

"you and harvey?" he asked with a small smirk playing on his lips. "yep," i said with a smile. "aw! karvey!" he said with a laugh.

"no no no no no no no. ship names aren't happening." i said annoyed.

"they already have!" he said laughing.

i laughed back. "we're just going to a party together. we aren't dating or anything." i stated.

"yet." he said back with a smirk. i pushed him off the bed. "owww," he exclaimed, causing me to worry. "max! i'm so sorry! are you okay?" i asked, looking at him.

he looked at me then smiled evilly. "um...wha-" i started to say before he jumped on top of me and tickled me.

"max! n-noooo" i said through many, many laughs.

"kathrynn, yes!" he said continuing.

just then harvey walked in. "what the heck is going on?!" he asked, outraged. "a guy tickling his bestfriend," max said, looking at harvey.

"kathryn? are you cheating on me? with my own twin?!" harvey almost shouted at me.

"what? no! he's my bestfriend! plus, we're not even dating harvey!" i semi-shouted back. he looked hurt. oops.

max got off and stood beside the bed awkwardly. this went down hill SO fast.

"um..." harvey said, clearing his throat," s-sorry. bye." he finished saying. he then left. ugh. no. i didn't mean it like that. for god's sake harvey.

"sorry kathryn," max said, annoyed at himself. "it's not your fault. i totally blew up at him," i said, giving him a small smile to make it seem better than it was.

"go talk to him," max said to me, smiling back a little. i nodded. "thanks," i said and gave him a hug. this is gonna be fun.

"harvey?!" i yelled walking downstairs. "he went outside," mrs.mills said. "oh, thank you!" i said back with a smile. she nodded and smiled.

i ran outside to find him. "harvey?! i-" i began to yell before i saw him sitting on the left side of the front porch.

he looked at me, hurt glazer over his eyes.

i sat down beside him.

"i'm sorry. i didn't mean it like that. i just meant..we aren't official," i explained. he nodded.

"i know. i just don't wanna be official and fall head over heals for you, then you go back to america," he explained too.

"i understand," i said. i really did. i understood. i felt the same. long distance is hard, although i feel that if you truly are in love with someone, you'd take the chance.

"kathryn. i don't want you to go back." he suddenly said.

"i don't wanna go back," i replied.

he sighed. "it's only been a few days out of two months. we've got time," i said, grabbing his hand and smiling. he smiled back and nodded.

"then will you be my girlfriend?" he asked, looking at me. i know that in the movies, when a guy asks a girl out, they're usually super romantic, but this was actually really cute. i smiled.

"of course i'll be your girlfriend," i replied, kissing his cheek. he smiled at me.

"let's just see where it goes," he says as i lay my head on his shoulder and we look out at the streets and the people walking and driving down them. i nodded.

"i can't wait," i said with a smile.
