[ kathryns pov ]

england school is just as boring as american school, which actually surprised me, considering everyone seemed more chill about everything.

honestly teachers are way better but the drama isn't. drama follows me wherever i go.

"so what's up with you and harvey?" lily asked as we walked through the school's corridors.

"it's over but we both messed up and i've learned to forget it so we can be friends. i don't want harvey out of my life lily. he's so nice and i know he messed up, but i still like him so much." i replied.

"kathryn.." lily started to say.

"i know okay? i know i shouldn't still care for ha-" i started to say before she cut me off.

"kathryn! look!" lily whisper shouted.

i looked over to where lily was staring to see harvey with his arm around jess. what the actual heck? can someone explain? didn't think so.

"jess. of all people?" i commented, so annoyed that he just forgot everything so quickly. so much for really caring right?

"kathryn. look don't panic but people are staring at you," lily whispered, making me look around and notice everyone looking at me with confused looks.

"looks like the hot american chick's single now that harvey's not all over her. i call dibs." one of harvey's friends yelled through the muttering hall.

i looked over to harvey and his group to see a tall guy with brown hair and brown eyes walking over to me.

jess was smirking as the guy walked over.

harvey dropped his smile as his friend put his arm around my shoulders.

"alex what're you doing." harvey said in a stern tone. i shrugged his arm off of me.

"look. please don't touch me." i said, locking eyes with harvey.

"we should go," lily said, walking away with me following.

"baby where are you going? you don't have to leave me you know. i'll treat you better than harvey ever will i promise," alex said, grabbing my hand and not letting go even as i pulled away.

"alex. she said don't touch her." harvey said as he walked over from the other side of the hall.

alex shrugged.

"what part of that do you not understand?" harvey said, gritting his teeth and shoving alex against a locker. "harvey i don't think you should-" lily started to say before harvey looked at her coldly.

"look harvey. you're through with her. and we all know why," alex commented, making everyone in the corridor laugh. i looked around with embarrassment.

harvey locked his jaw. which looked quite hot. sorry.

"shut up alex." he said menacingly.

"what're you gonna do mills? hit me? do it. i'll beat you so bad you'll be humili-" harvey cut him off with a fist to his jaw. he then through alex on the floor and they rolled around throwing punches at eachother.

"harvey stop!" i practically screamed.

they kept on.

"kathryn lets go. now." lily said, pulling my arm.

"but harvey's-" i started to protest before i saw the headmaster and teachers pushing their ways through students.

harvey and i locked eyes once more before alex punched him in the side. hard.

lily pulled me away finally and we soon were all in classes, no one doing work and staring at me instead.

i was the center of attention and i definitely didn't enjoy it. i was known as a girl that slept with harvey mills and caused alex and harvey to fight.

just my luck.
