The class bell finally rang. Bakugou dumped his stuff into his bag and left the classroom, looking as sulky as he was after the excercise . I pondered for a bit before deciding to follow after him.

As I slid open the door, I bumped into Midoriya who was just returning from Recovery Girl. I waved off his embarrassed apologies and took off after the blonde.

I soon found him along the walkway out of the school, I called out to the boy. "Hey Bakubomb!" He turned around slowly, a frown warping his face. "What, come to rub in my face that I lost?" He snarled. "Nope~ just wanted to walk home with you, we live surprisingly nearby ya know~?" I laughed, walking to him " Besides, I think you did rather well." I grinned at him, his frown deepening but the glare in his eyes loosing their edge.

"You forced Midoriya into a corner, made him use his quirk." I walked in front of him. "And that manouver you used, you're agile~" I rested a hand on his shoulder. He was about to rip my hand off him when I pulled a punch his way. He dodged but I had other plans in mind. I used a blast to propel me upwards and over the blonde, landing behind him. I thumped a fist on his shoulder blade and moved away from his fist as he swung at me. He looked pissed. "No reason to be angry, you know I didn't do it right~ You could tell what I was going to do." I shrugged, dodging his swing.

He clenched his fist and looked away until a voice called him back. 'Well there goes my effort in calming him down, and it was working too~' I pouted slightly as I turned to the green haired boy who was looking rather troubled at my presence.

"I'll be borrowing Kasami-san for a while." At that voice I sound to face the heterochromic boy who pulled me by the wrist and behind a pillar further down the walkway, hiding us from the other pair's sight.

Before I could say anything, he place a finger over his lips and proceeded to tap his ear. 'This guy...' He looked away before I could frown at him.

"Actually, this quirk was given to me! By someone I can't say the name of..." I raised and eyebrow, a grin playing at my lip. 'Eeeh~ This'll be interesting~' I could see the slight confusion in Todoroki's eyes and I bit back a snicker.

We listened a while longer. "When I saw that Icyhot guy in the excercise, I thought to myself 'dammit, there's no way I can beat him!' and that stupid Shitfaced eyepatch that beat me for first place in the entrance exam even though he didn't even have to take it! Dammit!" I could hear him begin to choke up. 'Guess he isn't as stone cold as everyone thinks.' I smiled before tugging on Todoroki's hand as a certain blonde haired and smiley faced Pro-Hero appeared, we slipped away before the trio of males noticed us.

We began heading down the street, on the way to our respective houses.

Todoroki still looked so conflicted, his eyes squinted in thought with his mouth in a small frown, one eyebrow higher than the other. Glancing at his borderline constipated face despite his usual demeanor I broke out into a guffaw. He quirked an eyebrow as I pointed to his face, making it even weirder. I gasped for air as I let out laugh after laugh, slumping against the railing by the road before slowly sliding to the ground rather content. He looked at me puzzled, his brows raising even higher and making me laugh harder, tears forming in the corners of my eyes.

As my laughter died out, I managed to get myself together enough to pull myself onto my feet, knees still shaking from earlier. I wiped the tears from my eyes and took in a deep breath. "That's the hardest I've laughed in a while~ thanks." I hummed, stretching my legs slightly.

"What did I...?" I chuckled, pulling a stray lock of hair out if his face, matching up white with white and vise versa. I huffed in satisfaction with my arrangement of his hair and continued on my way before he grabbed my elbow, pulling me back.

"Wait you still haven't answered my question, what is your quirk?" I sighed, "I already told you, its the same as Elemental's-" "That's not true." I stared at him blankly, letting out a confused 'huh?' "If you control elements, how were you able to use ice against Bakugou earlier? It was all over his palm." I sighed, laughing halfheartedly, jeez he was observant. "You're annoyingly observant... I have a mother you know~ I may not know her but she exists." I raked a hand through my hair.

"My quirk is technically the same as Elemental's, that's the truth. The only difference is how we activate it." Todoroki slightly tilted his head to the side, silently ushering me to continue. "I can't use my quirk by feeling like most people, I have to think of how I can make the quirk work the way I need it to work." He still looks puzzled. "I have to think about how each molecule would react in certain situations, how the control would be passed and so on. That's how I can forge two of the main elements into sub categories." I began walking again, Todoroki following my lead.  "That's how I can make ice. There are other combinations, like how my brother and I can make plants sprout from wherever, I'm sure, I just don't know what they are..."

"Explosions." I quirked a brow, "huh?" "When you used Bakugou's move, you made explosions." My breath hitched. "I must've accidentally stumbled on another combination. It's probably because I was tired, I was just thinking of how Bakugou did his move and I guess I found a way to make explosions? But that doesn't make sense. I usually have to-" I caught myself, halting my impression of Midoriya. We turned the corner, nearing the end of the main street. "Tired?" I nodded. "It takes a lot to keep my quirk under wraps, plus I haven't had any decent sleep in weeks." I chuckled, muttering the last part mindlessly and honestly hoping he hadn't heard it.

"Why-?" We reached the alley I had to turn into to get to my apartment. "Ah, this is where I leave ya~" he looked down the alley, the neon sign of a bar just barely visible. "You live here?" I shrugged. "Not exactly, I live at the apartment further down to the left." He nodded.

"Well then, see ya-" "Seven." I blinked but nodded. "See you then~" I gave a small salute and turned, walking down the alleyway, listening to Todoroki's footsteps fade away while the stench of cigarette smoke and alcohol grew more pungent.
