I brought the little boy home, than Ogami and I went to the park as I laughed at the smiles on the little kids faces. Again, this is something my older brother and I used to do. I showed him the stick samurai sword and he looked at me like I was an idiot. But he agreed to be taught none the less. We trained until sunset. We trained for a good four hours and I beat him every time. “You’re a fast learner, I took at the most 6 hours before I got that move right.” I comment as he breathes in and out heavily. “That’s it for today.” I look at the setting sun and suddenly feel like talking personally. “I see the look you have on your face when you kill.” I decide to get right to the point. He blinks, but his face remains as it always is. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” “BS.” I frown, but let it go. “You didn’t say anything last time, but why did you become a code breaker?” he paused and I assumed he wouldn’t say anything. But he did! “To eliminate all evil.” I giggled. “You’re something else. By the way, what would you want you do if you knew death was coming?” I asked, truly curious. “I’d continue to exterminate evil until I breathe my last breath.” I chuckled again. “What an answer. I’d keep fighting to protect people, or the smiles on the little kid’s faces. I thought about what being a code breaker meant and I came up with this. We were born with these abilities to keep the world smiling. Sure code breakers are those who judge evil, but what if we were also here to save and protect what the law could not.” “Even if we lose our lives in battle?” he responded. I turned to Ogami whose eyes widened as he saw my sad face. “Even if I die, as long as you remember me, I’ll live on.” he didn’t seem fully convinced. He turned away with a bored expression. “What if I die first.” I became very serious as I recalled my dead friends. “I won’t let that happen. My brother and I both.” I heard a mumble of, “That’s what Hitomi said.” His face was no longer cold like when we’re on missions, but light, happier. That’s all I remember thinking as I passed out on the ground. The next think I knew, I had an angry Hitomi next to me. “Olive, how many times do I have to tell you to stop taking so many jobs. You know what happens when you go lost.” I really made him worry. “I know. I know this happens when I’m about to go lost. I’ll rest a bit until tonight’s miss….” I was cut off. “You’re not going. You’re still too weak!”  I was about to object when I my gaze fell upon his worried sick face. “Ok.” I whisper as he rubs my head. “I couldn’t bare it if I lost you to.” he whispers to me. I grab his hand and look into his eyes. “I love you big bro.” his eyes showed nothing but love as he left for a glass of water.
