I turn around, losing my cool there for a second. I need to go to the park and talk to dog. And you know what? That’s exactly what I did. I finally reached the park only to find the absence of dog. I whistle for her, but she still doesn’t come. "DOG!" I put everything I was feeling into that one word only to remember the accident. "That’s right." I automatically sunk to my knees. This entire time I thought that accident was a dream and it was never Ogami who set the gang members on fire, that he didnt really kill dog, but dog’s absence threw reality into my face with no mercy. I guess that day really did happen. With no place to go to find comfort, I stayed where I was, later sitting cross legged in the grass. I was thinking of the old days when dog would run up to me, she would slam herself on me, full weight, helping my butt say hello to the grass. Those were the days. "You look peaceful." Ogami emerged out of nowhere, causing me to go on high alert. "What do you want?" I hiss at him, remembering that he was the one that ended Dog’s life for good. Even though he saved dog the pain, was it really the right thing to do? couldnt we save her? I turn away from him, not really caring at the moment if he wanted to do something to me. I heard rustling and I suddenly felt something wet and warm on my elbow. "Ewe Ogami, that’s…" I turned and was prepared to slap the living daylights out of the guy when a white fluff ball changed my mind. Scratch that, it was the Minnie version of dog. Looking up to pesture Ogami for information, I find he’s no longer there. That guy is so mysteries. The puppy whined, cuddling up to my side. "What a cute little guy you are." I laugh while picking him up. "Now, what should I name you?" giving it some thought, I decided on puppy. I mean, his mommy was named dog. "Does Puppy sound good?" I asked the little fluff. Barking with delight, I stud up with it in my arms, ready to head home. Now that I have puppy, nothing can go wrong. I wonder what that Ogami was thinking when he gave puppy to me? "Hey puppy, what was that Ogami thinking?" not expecting an answer, I rubbed my nose on his. "Haven’t really changed with animals have you?" I hear a voice come from the tree beside me. "Who are you?" I spat, putting up a strong façade incase this person wanted to hurt me. But strangle enough, I didn’t feel scared at all. The man walked out with a white long sleeve shirt and long black hair. It was the man from the hospital, the man who claimed to be my brother. "Hitomi?" shock replaced my anger as my eyes landed on that familiar face that looked so much like mine. Except mine was more girly and his more manly okay? Anyway, he came closer and ruffled my hair. "But we need to work on that reaction time again. You lost your touch." Laughing, I kicked his shin playfully. "Ow! That hurt," he fake cries while holding the leg I kicked. "It could have been worse." I attempted at my best evil laugh. "So I came to ask you something." Hitomi’s features became serious startling me a bit. "What’s up?" trying the lighthearted attitude didn’t really lessen the tension I hoped it would. "I’ve discovered that with my ability, you can get a bit of your memory back, but they’ll only be with me sadly. I haven’t figured out yet how to revive all of them. But if you stay with me, I can help you. There’s something else though. Once you have your memories back, there are things left uncompleted. Are you prepared to take on heavy tasks?" My eyes brightened as soon as he said revive some memories. Some…… but some is better than none! I think he said something else, but I kind of spaced out there. "So what do you say?" that face he wore was one of hope. Smirking, I say, "You had me at memories." Chuckling at my attitude towards his little serious speech, he took me to an abandon building. "Why are we here?" "You’ll see when we get there." Hitomi responded. Once we passed the first few doors in the hall, Hitomi brought me into a room with computers and other fascinating devices. "Wow! What is this place? Some kind of secret hideout? This is amazing! What do you do in here?" he looked like he was about to answer when another man entered with short white hair and golden eyes. He wore the school uniform, yet I’ve never seen him. I was about to ask who he was, but Hitomi answered before I even uttered a word. "Heike, it’s great to see you." The two converted a bit about something in code, so I obviously had no idea what they were saying. Heike continuously stared at me for some reason though, kind of creeping me out. Looking away from the two, I decided to look around a bit more. That’s when I saw an open door with a bunch or clocks that don’t work. Why have clocks that don’t tick? "Why do you have a bunch of stopped clocks on the wall?" not being able to stop myself, I interrupted.
