Danny called me the upcoming sunday to spend the day with him and his brother, Jai.
Wierd, how I called him Danny's brother, isn't it?
I had forgiven Jai but I didn't like him like that anymore. I just knew that he's a good guy. I didn't know why Danny was trying so hard to make interactions among me and Jai even when I've told him that I don't have a crush on Jai anymore.
I dressed up in my skinny black jeans and a loose fitted red top. I made my hair into a messy bun, applied a little make up and sat on my couch waiting. He said that he'd pick me up from my home and that he had a whole list of things planned out for us to do. Very frankly speaking, I was first time in my whole life, excited for a day out.
I heard the horn of a car, when I came out of my home I saw an average looking white car. Nothing big and spacious but it still served it's purpose of going from place to place. Danny waved from the passenger seat with a 440V smile. I smiled back.
"Get in!" he exclaimed. I heard the car lock open and opened the back door to let myself in. Jai was at the driver's seat, of course!
Isn't he underage? He's 17. No, he had his birthday on 7th August. He's 18, an adult. I'm just 16!
He was wearing blue shades, I didn't know why he needed them! It's December already. The sun isn't even that bright these days. He looked really attractive, though.
I agree I don't have a crush on him anymore but can't deny his looks!
He started the noisy engine of the car but soon it's voice became bearable. I leaned forward in between their seats, looked at Danny and then asked,"Where are we going?"
He didn't say anything, just smiled. I mean dude speak up!
"God!" I exhaled and leaned over the backseat. Jai didn't look back even once but there was a faint smile on his face, maybe he loves driving.
"What?" asked Jai not moving his eyes from the road. This is the first time we spoke since then, it was awkward.
"Where are you driving us to, J?" I said trying to sound friendly.
"Into the horizon!" he said and let out a chuckle.
I cringed at the lame joke then quickly said,"Oh come on! You're making this ride so boring."
                              "Am I?"
                              "Yeah!"
"Then maybe I should fuck off!" he teased.
"You better!" I said in an agreement.
                              "Huh?!" he chuckled.
"Oh come on, Jai. Don't act like a kid! Plus who wears sunglasses at this time of the year!" I said.
"They're my shades!" he stated proudly.
"Reminds me of Fifty Shades of Grey," I said under my breath but he heard it.
                              "Do I?" he smirked.
Is he flirting with me? Lol.
Earlier I would've turned to gas from solid if he'd talk to me like that, but now it didn't matter THAT much!
                              "Oh n-!"
Danny was listening to us, he spoke slowly cutting me off,"Man! I love you guys together! Uh uhm, I mean spending time with you guys together, my slippery tongue."
The last phrase made me cringe.
                              --- --- ---
Finally, after a ride of about 30 minutes with the three of us getting on each other's nerves and messing with each other we reached our destination, the science museum!
Yipee! I know people might consider museums as boring but I love it! What do you expect from a group of toppers?
"Dan! You know exactly to make me excited!" I squealed and opened the car door.
"Betcha!" he said and smirked while he did the same.
"I'll meet you at the entrance, gotta park the car!" Jai said.
"Okay!" Danny said and shut the door.
He took off. Danny and I went to the ticket counter to get the tickets. After a while, Jai joined us and we entered the museum. It was a palace for me. I was beside Danny and Jai was behind us. He had taken off his sunglasses, finally!
We went from sections to sections of the museum. I enjoyed it all way too much. With every step that we took and everytime that Jai, being such a genius, explained any concept. I felt like how could I ever even hate him.
I'm afraid of having feelings for him again, I can't hurt myself one more time.
"See, now that's more interesting! Right Trisha?" Danny said pointing at a model of a beautiful palace.
                              "Uh hun!" I agreed.
We went towards the red-lighted model with realistic touches to it. Kings and Queens had it royal!
Danny and I were standing side to side looking at the studded throne. When suddenly, I felt Jai breathing on the back of my neck, he was so close, he made it impossible for me to breathe. My breaths became deeper. His warmth was melting me. My heart could have stopped pumping blood at any second. I didn't want this to happen.
"Wow!" he almost whispered from behind me, I had goosebumps.
"Yeah, I love it," I said breathlessly, referring to the beauty of the realistic palace model agreeing with him.

Ohooo! You liked this chapter, didn't you?
                              So vote! :)
And guys thank you for being so supportive!
