A PJO/MR Crossover (Sidenote: I wrote this story when I was 16. It is kind of cringey and cliche, so read at your own risk)

Percy POV The next couple of days were uneventful, failing to distract me from my ever increasing dreams and hallucinations. I couldn't sleep, because Tartarus haunted my dreams. I was still eating, but not to my satisfaction. Anytime I ate anything now, mealworms or roaches would appear in my food. The first time it happened, I ended up chunking my lunch and hitting Mr. D in the face.
I was put on kitchen duty for a week.
The hallucinations were becoming somewhere close to the norm now. No one seemed to notice that I barely finished my meals or slept; other than Annabeth. She's been worrying over and questioning my every move since Apollo's death. Each night now, she sleeps in my cabin without the knowledge of Chiron. I usually lay with her and close my eyes to keep up the impression that I was actually resting. Of course, the daughter of Athena caught on pretty quickly. She could see through my facade, and the dark circles around my eyes to prove it.
I didn't tell anyone about my hallucinations of Tartarus, or my insomnia. Even when Annabeth pushed, I told her a half truth. That the nightmares of our time in Tartarus were getting worse.
I still saw him from time to time, taunting me. He didn't have a particular pattern. He appeared whenever he wanted, or if I least expected it.
I had gotten better at concealing my reactions though, or ignoring it altogether. I found that when I pretended he wasn't there, Tartarus would give up and go away. Lately though, he was becoming more insistent; adapting to my methods. Their have been times when I've had to catch myself before looking suspicious.
"What's up, Percy?" Leo Valdez asked, giving me a pat on the back. All of the other seven had come to Camp Half Blood after Annabeth's distress call three days ago. We were sitting by the lake, legs draped in hot sand.
After a day full of preparations for what was to come, we were exhausted. Hazel Levesque and Frank Zhang had done their fair share today. Much of it included Frank doing the heavy lifting as an elephant while Hazel visited the Underworld. They sat to the right of Annabeth, each sharing a cup of water with identical straws.
Leo used his talents forging weapons and tools for training. Since he was a son of Hephaestus, he was a craftsmen of the highest degree. Leo decided to sit across from Annabeth with Calypso. Jason Grace and Piper McLean were to his right.
The son of Jupiter and daughter of Aphrodite stuck together, attending meetings with Chiron that were completely insipid. How did I know this? Well, it so happens that Annabeth and I went to these gatherings, too. And after listening to Chiron's monotone voice for so long, I wanted to take a long siesta. Or try to, at least.
I was forcing myself to stay awake amidst conversation, my eyes drooping. Annabeth sat next to me, always keeping me in her view.
