Rachel Deltando had been a teacher– and a beautiful one at that. She had the brains and the beauty, so it was no surprise she was married. However, reports claim that she abused her blessings.
One night Deltando was having a nice night in her car– with a buddy. The windows were fogged up and there were noises coming from the car. It was only 2 AM. So of course, police investigated because it was disturbing the peace in the neighborhood.
What they found was Deltando having a sexual encounter with a minor. He was only 17. Deltando claimed the boy was just a friend and that she had no idea about his age.
Deltando was very shortly suspended from teaching, surprise surprise.
Then, on the last Mother's Day, the 13th, Deltando went to the ice cream parlor. After enjoying a treat, she went to her parents' house, where she was gunned down in the driveway.
Reports say that Rachel Deltando was shot 10 times at close range. It is believed she knew the killer, which is probable since the incident.
As of May 18, 2018, it is not known who killed her.
Who do you think it was? My guess is an angry parent from the school, or a relative of the 17-year-old boy. Perhaps they wanted revenge.
