chapter twenty-seven

"So that girl is Koeun?" Jaemin asked while looking at Jeno.

Jeno answered him with a nod and he carefully sit down on the couch.

Jaemin puffed his cheeks and he lie down on the couch, placing head on Jeno's lap. Jeno smiled and he caressed Jaemin's cheek.

"What if Koeun tells someone that you like a guy?" Jaemin asked and he held Jeno's hand.

"I don't care." Jeno hissed and they heard the doorbell.

Jaemin sat down, allowing Jeno to stand up. Jeno walked towards the door and he opened it.

He ran to the gate and opened it, revealing his five friends.

"Why are you here guys?" Jeno asked confusedly.

"Guess." Mark asked while smiling widely.

"You will stay here?" Jeno asked.

They all shook their heads in disagreement.

"Then tell me guys! I'm really bad at guessing!" Jeno said, he felt the presence of Jaemin behind him.

Jaemin stepped forward while holding Jeno's hand and he looked at his friends while intertwining their fingers.

"We are calling you but you didn't pick up." Haechan said.

"I'm sorry, I turned my phone off." Jeno said.

"Anyway, We are going to perform in the highest paid hotel's 25th anniversary!" Mark said.

Jeno's eyes widened, he let go of Jaemin's hand and he jumped to his friends.

"When?!" Jeno asked excitedly.

"Next week! we need to practice!" Jisung said happily.

"Let's go to Chenle's house, we all know that their house have a practice room." Renjun said with a grin.

"Let's go!" They all shouted. Jaemin looked at them while smiling.

"You are going to join us Jaemin." Mark said, flashing a genuine smile.

"R-really?" Jaemin asked with his shock expression.

"Yes! You are now part of the group!" Haechan said.

"I can't believe this, thank you guys." Jaemin can't help himself but to cry in happiness. Jeno smiled and he hugged Jaemin.

"Group hug!" Chenle said and they all hugged each other.

"Fighting!" Mark said with a smile.
