Chapter 21 - The Party part 2/The Betrayl

Abbeys POV

Taylor ran to open the door, it was a a huge group of maybe 15 people. They were just random people from our school, i knew some of them, and heard of a few. You know what i mean i know who they are i just don't know them personally.

It was about 8:30 and it was still a little calm. Music was playing but nobody was getting down. There were a lot of kids there most seniors like us but a few juniors and sophomores. Just the really cool ones me and maddy invited, taylor let us invite anyone. He just wanted more people to come quote taylor "the more the better".

I suddenly jerked my head around to find maddy and Madisen. I heard the loud blast of "ohh....ohhh" from the song wobble baby and i ran over to the dance floor thing. We all smile at each other and brought back good memories of middle school dances. We always danced to this song.... And i mean always. I remember this one time in 7th grade Madisen got in the middle of a dance circle and twerked! It was the best thing. I also remember we were trying to get our friend daivey's boyfriend Juan to do the wobble and twerk. He was super hot so we all wanted to see it.

When the chorus hit we all started dancing. We all did the wobble, but each of us did it a little different which I liked. Maddy ran and got taylor and Madisen ran and got carter, we all danced and had a great time. I think i even saw Madisen and Carter grinding a little, I would tease Madisen about that later.

After that song we danced to a ton of other awesome songs like No Hands, Booty Me Down, and Earthquake, me and maddy even did our Yoncè routine. I think i twerked more that night then i have ever in my whole life. OMG the song Grind On Me came on and all the guys did it in the open space. All of is girls almost died and we all giggled so hard. Madisen was "jammin" with carter and maddy was with taylor. I felt so alone, i really was missing matthew.

I danced with a few of my other friends until I got really tired and sweaty. More and more people kept coming in, the rooms got crowded and it got real hot in the house. I decided to take a break and sit down, I went into the kitchen and sat at the bar.

Even that room was crowded but there was nobody else sitting at the bar. I sat there for a while thinking about Matthew, when someone sat next to me. It was Nash, he was one of me and matts friends, another hot popular guy. "Hey", i said as he sat down.

"How are you i haven't see you in a while?" Nash asked and he turned towards me. He handed me a drink, i decided... Why not. I was so upset i needed to relieve myself. I took a large drink and it tasted disgusting, but i kept drinking it.

"Huh uh not so great," i said looking down at my lap.

"Whats wrong?"

And so i told him about the whole thing with Matthew, i got a tear in my eye and took another large drink. By the time i was done with the story i finished 2 drinks.

"Matthew loves you he would never do that." Nash said and he put his hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah that's what they all say." I said and i grabbed a shot. I drank it all at once and i just sat there for a minute.

By this time i was totally wasted, i just couldn't take it, I was mad at Matthew and i was being totally stupid. To be honest i don't really know what happened after that. All i know is....

I kissed Nash.

And when i say kiss i don't mean kiss, i mean totally through myself on him and try to make out with him. This part i do remember though...

Matthew walked in the door and called my name, i kept making out with Nash. He walked in the kitchen and yelled, "WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?"

Nash peeled me off and jumped up. "Yo man it wasn't me... She kissed me i didn't even try to kiss her. She's wasted."

Matt threw a punch and hit Nash right in the nose, he fell to the ground. Maddy, taylor, Madisen, and carter ran in, "ayyee whats going on??" Carter said as he helped Nash off the floor. He walked Nash to the fridge and got him and ice pack. There was a whole circle of people standing around.

My friend Hanna walked up and said, "Matthew it wasn't Nash, Abbey is totally drunk. I saw the whole thing, abbey kissed him and Nash tried to stop it."

I was in tears balling just sitting there.

Nash and carter came back, Nash apologized and gave matt a hug. Matthew said he was sorry for punching him. More people started telling Matthew what happened and i felt humiliated and buried my face in my hands. Matthew just looked at me with a sad face, tears forming in his eyes. It got really quite and i heard a loud blast of thunder outside along with a flash of lightning, it started raining really hard.

"How could you?" Matthew said and a tear fell from his eye. "I loved you." He said with another tear.

Matthew just turned around and ran out of the house, i jumped up and ran out following him. He got in his truck and started backing out of the driveway. I started running after the car, I was getting soaked because it was raining so hard.

"MATTHEW!!!" I yelled as i ran after his truck, "WAIT!!!..... MATTHEW!!! PLEASE STOP!" He was already down the street and i was way behind him... But i kept yelling. "Please.... Stop...Matthew..." My words got quieter and quieter.

I was still crying and running after his truck, even though I knew i would never reach it i kept running. I felt like everything was going in slow motion, i felt everything...all my emotions flooded my heart. Sadness, pain, embarrassment, guilt... I heard my heart beat super fast, like the first time i saw him. I heard my feet slam against the road like i was running for my life. And i heard the rain pour to the ground, exactly how i imagined the tears pouring down my face.

When i reached the end of the street i fell to my knees. I sat there in the rain crying on my knees for a while. "I loved you too...." I said to myself. I looked up and let the rain wash my tears away.

Soon i felt a hand on my shoulder... It was maddy.

"Come on let me take you home."

*a/n hey guys i hoped u liked this chapter it was pretty intense. I just wanted to say i totally got the feels while writing this.
