Chapter 8

4 months later.... December....

Abbey's POV

Me and Matthew have been dating for about 4 months now and i love him so much. Its winter now and we are on a break from school. I was getting ready to go out with Matthew, we are gonna go ice skating. He is coming for me at 4. After we are done i think we will go to diner or something. Im gonna get ready.

I got in the shower and when i got out i straightened my hair. I put on a blue sweater, dark blue jeans, a black beanie, and black Uggs. I put on some concealer, mascara, and some jewelry. Im checked my phone, i had a text from Matt,

Hey babe almost ready?

I texted back and said yeah. He was on his way and i walked down stairs. My mom told me she loved me and i hugged her. He rang the door bell and i answered the door. "Hey beautiful, you ready?" He asked and he kissed my cheek. "yeah let me just get my purse," i said and ran upstairs.

When i came down i found Matthew talking to my dad. I think my father approved of him and they liked each other and everything. "Lets go," i said and grabbed Matthews hand. "Goodbye," we both said in unison to my parents.

"Ok bye guys have fun," my mom said waving as we got in the car. "Not to much fun," my dad added joking. I laughed and said, "Don't worry dad!" We got in the car and Matt drove away.

Matthew's POV

Abbey and I entered the ice skating rink. We got our shoes and everything and started skating.

"Matthew I'm scared." Abbey said.

"Whats wrong bae?" I replied.

"I'm gonna fall," she said laughing.

"No your not, I'm right here," i said grabbing her hand. She held on tight as we started skating.

We made a few laps around the rink when she stared going a little in front of me. She had her hands on her stomach, crossed. I came up behind her and wrapped my arms around her waist. Me hands overlapped on top of hers and i rested my head on her shoulder. She looked up at me and smiled. I kissed her cheek and let go. Abbey blushed, i loved it when she did that she was so cute.

After we were done ice skating i started to drive. I turned up the radio and the song No Interruption came on. I turned it up loud and started to sing to her. She just smiled and watched me. She laughed at me and i laughed too. When the chorus came on she joined me and sang. She stared to dance in her seat. She moved her shoulders and her hands. Abbey looked so cute.

"So where are we gonna eat?" She asked me.

"i don't know where do you want to go?" I wanted her to be happy and i didn't care.

"Chinese?" She said.

"Yeah thats my favorite!"

"Me too!" She said really happy.

It was only 6 and we went to dinner. We finished but 7: 30 and her parents wanted her home by 11 o'clock. We decided to go watch a movie at my house. My parents wouldn't care, i was 18 and an adult. Me and Abbey were really close but we wouldn't do anything... Like we aren't ready for sex or anything so my parents have nothing to worry about.

We pulled into my drive way and i helped her out of the car. I held Abbeys hand as we walked up to my front door. It was snowing outside and really beautiful. She stopped me and grabbed my other hand. She faced me and we were just standing there in the snow.

"You know its always been my dream to kiss a boy in the snow." She said and looked up at the clouds.

"Oh really," i said and smirked. I pulled her closer to me and grabbed her waist. "Well maybe today is your lucky day." I said winking at her.

I kissed her on the cheek, then her lips. She kissed back and smiled into it. I tilted my head the other way and she did the same. I cupped her cheek in my hand and she wrapped her hands around my shoulders. After a minute i felt her get goosebumps. I pulled away and looked into her eyes.

"Lets go inside you feel cold," i said hugging her.

"Ok i am cold," abbey said.

We held hands and we walked into my house.
