Chapter 38 - after prom part 2

Madisens POV

Me and carter left the party and he started to drive.

"Where are we going," i asked with a smile.

"I thought we could go somewhere private tonight." carter said.

Ah shit what does he think we are gonna do? Are we gonna hook up tonight? i ask myself as he drives. i just keep a smile on my face and hold his hand but really im panicking.

He drives up to this hotel an opens my door, i get out and hold his hand. carter walks me up to the front door and we go in.

"Carter reynolds," he tells the woman at the front desk.

"Your room will be number 246 sir," she says and hands him a room key.

"Thank you very much," he said as we walked away.

We got up to the 2nd floor and found our room, he opened the door and i walked in. i was stunned because it was such a beautiful hotel room.

I sat down on the bed and kicked my shoes off. he sat right next to me and stared at me.

"Madisen...," he said.

"Whats up babe," i asked confused.

"I just wanted to tell you how beautiful you are." He said and kissed my hand.

I started blushing and looked down at my feet. i felt a hand on my shoulder and i looked up.

"I love you," carter said.

"I love you too," i said with a huge smile.

"You really are the most beautiful, gorgeous, kind, sensitive, attractive, loving-" he began to say but i cut him off with a kiss on the lips.

I kissed him hard and he laid down on the bed. he licked my bottom lip and we started making out. i was on top of him leaning down on my arms.

We both leaned up so i was basically sitting in his lap and his back was against the headboard on the hotel bed.

Carter pulled away from the kiss and slid my dress over my head. i continued to kiss him as i unbuttoned his shirt.

He picked me up by my butt and flipped me over so he was on top. He kissed my neck over and over softly at first but then he got rough and i knew that was going to leave a mark.

Carter then stood up and walked over to his jacket and pulled out a condom from the inside pocket. he set it on the night stand and came back over to me.

He unbuckled his belt and pulled his pants down leaving both of us just in our underwear.

"Baby... only if your ready," he said and sat down next to where i was laying.

"I think we are ready carter, i love you so much." i said. i was ready actually we had waited a while to do this and i was excited.

"Ok if you feel uncomfortable at anytime just let me know and we will stop," he said and he kissed my cheek.

"Okay, i love you carter." i said and kissed his cheek.

"I love you too madisen," he said and we started making out again.

After we had sex he laid down next to me and held me tight. We cuddled for a while until i had to go home.

Carter dropped my off at my house and i told him to text me when he got home.

He never texted me and i got worried. it was already 12:30 and he dropped me off at like midnight. it only takes him 5 mins to get to his house.

I called his phone and nobody answered. i called again, and again, and again. i started to get really scared and i was worried something happened to him.

I kept trying to reassure myself he was okay. He's just asleep, or in the shower, or downstairs, i kept saying to myself. i decided to call his parents to see if he got home okay.

His dad didnt answer the phone it went straight to voicemail, and i didnt have his moms phone number. i called the house phone, again no answer.

I laid down in my bed and tried to forget about it but i couldn't. I stood back up and ran downstairs, my parents were asleep but i left anyway, i didnt really care right now, i was just worried about carter.

I grabbed my keys and started to drive to his house. i looked in my rearview mirror and saw red and blue flashing lights, and heard the siren. SHIT! Now im gonna get a ticket. I started to pull over but the cop flew right passed me.

wtf? I asked myself.

2 seconds later an ambulance flew passed me... then another. i panicked and then my eyes filled with tears. CARTER!!!

just ahead of my car traffic was stopped . there where a ton of ambulances and cops ahead, it was night and i couldn't really see anything except the flashing lights.

Tears where pouring down my face and i pulled my car to the side. i jumped out and ran towards the whole scene.

There was carters car smashed, destroyed, broken... just like my heart.

I ran up to the nearest police man and said, "whats going on?!"

"This young boy maybe 18 was driving and some drunk driver ran a red light and hit him. The boy was kinda asian and was wearing a tux." He looked down at some papers," his name is... Carter reynolds. do u know this boy?" He asked me and i started crying even more.

"Yes he- he is my boyfriend." i said.

"Im very sorry sweetie," he said his voice deepens with sadness.

"Is he going to be okay?" I asked.

"Im not to sure, they rushed him to the hospital first thing," the police man said.

"Can i go to the hospital to see him?"

"You can go to the hospital but you wont be able to see him right away," the cop said.

My phone started ringing and i answered, it was carters dad.

"Hello," i said.

"Madisen, can you meet us at the hospital? something happened to carter," he said and i agreed.

We ended the convo pretty quickly and i got in my car. i said goodbye and thanks to the cop that helped me.

I drover to the hospital crying the whole way there.

Abbeys pov

We got to the hospital and we hung out with madisen. the next afternoon carter got released with a broken arm and i few scrapes and cuts.

We only had one week of school left and i couldnt believe it.
