Twannah in the House: Chapter 15

Lele's POV

"You know, Jack's really upset." I said, sipping on a cup of coffee. It was early morning, yesterday had passed. Juanpa nodded, pouring himself a cup.

"I don't mind." He replied. "He can't do anything now."

I smiled at his remark, my I wasn't completely convinced we were safe. Jack could be dangerous, and I cared about my life, as well as Juanpa's.

"Deberíamos invitar a Hannah y Twan." I said.

"¿Por qué ambos?"

"¿No están saliendo?"

"Sí."

And that was it. Twannah was coming over.

*30 minutes later*

There was a knock at the door. Juanpa opened it, and Hannah and Twan poured in. "OMG tell me everything!" Hannah said, running over and hugging me.

Twan and Juanpa gave each a bro hug and talked.

Hannah pulled me over to the couch and I told her my story, detail by detail, piece by piece. Her facial expressions changed a lot in my story, especially when I brought up Veronica.

(Hannah and Veronica were like Amanda and I. They used to be best friends in second grade, but Veronica eventually dumped Hannah. That's when Inanna and I came in.)

"That's... long and interesting." She said. I nodded.

"This all happened in the same week."

"That's crazy." Hannah always agrees with me. Or reasons. That's why I like her, you can't argue with her.

After a little bit of girl-talk, I asked her, "Are you and Twan really dating?" She nodded, a big smile on her face. I felt good for her. Twan was a good person and they both deserved each other.

"Have you told the internet?" I asked. "No, not yet. It's a trouble to keep it a secret though. The web always finds out everything. It's kind of creepy if you think about it. A whole community of users waiting to expose somebody, their next victim." She replied.

We both laughed at her statement. It was true, but the more you think about it, the funnier and creepier it gets.

"Anyhoo, I brought some Mexican tequila!" Twan said, interrupting us. Juanpa and I smiled at each other, and we just knew that it was going to be a fun day.
