Juanpa's POV

Tears stung my eyes as I peered into the bright hospital room. Lele was laying there, blood on her arm and many tubes connected to her. I caught a glance of Hannah taking Lele's phone out of the purse on the chair next to her bed, and texted someone.

When she was done, she set the phone next to Lele and someone from the cellphone spoke to her. She stirred. I walked closer, and as soon asI started to hear whoever it was, Hannah took the phone and hung up.

"She is in a terrible condition with a fractured arm and a few broken ribs," a nurse told us. "What even happened?" I asked her, choking up but keeping my composure. "There was a a car wreck, with someone else driving a truck," the lady said. "They were texting a friend."

I looked over at Lele and back at the nurse again. "Who was driving the truck?" "A man named Jack Larange.

Xander's POV

Hannah, Lele's friend, introduced herself to me over a text and told me that something horrible had happened to Lele. I asked her to let me talk to her, and she reluctantly agreed after telling me she was unconscious. I didn't care.

I told her to stay strong and that she had strong potential to do anything. "Please stay with us all, please."

I jumped in my car and started speeding towards the only hospital in town. When I said speeding, I was over the limit. 75 in a 45 zone. Sirens rang through my ears, and I gradually slowed to the side of the road. A cop walked up to my rolled down window and asked for my license.

I showed him and and wiped my eyes. He wrote me a ticket and soon after, I was driving again, fast but didn't get pulled over again.

I got to the hospital and ran inside to the front desk. "Lele Pons, friend." The lady allowed me in, and I sprinted down to the room number she gave me.

Outside of the room, two guys were fighting about something, a car wreck? I ignored it and entered the room.  A crying female which I assumed to be Hannah was kneeling by the hospital bed, and another dude was tearing up in a chair next to her.

"Hannah?" I croaked out.

"xander?" Lele whispered and held out her hand. One of her arms looked badly broke. I gently took her hand and kissed it. "Please don't look at me." She said. "Not like this."
