"Should we start the movie?" He asked. "Yeah" I said climbing deeper into his bed.

I was on the side of the wall, and Daniel had the outside.

He put in the movie and the previews started playing as he got comfy next to me.

I already felt some sort of attachment to Daniel after spending the whole day together.

The movie started and I laid my head on his shoulder. Which led him to wrap his arm around me.

He was really cuddly.

[THIRD PERSON POV]

The 2 teenagers laid next to each other in Daniels bed. Not wanting to leave any time soon.

As the movie played, they both began to get really tired.

Joey was first to fall asleep. She snuggled her face into the crook of his neck.

Joey relaxed Daniel so he ended up falling asleep too only minutes after. It felt right with each other.

Even though it could turn out to be entirely wrong.

A couple days later

[JOEY STANFORD]

I was hanging out with jack on the deck. We were listening to his music.

We weren't talking much. Just enjoying each other's presents. "Jack?" I asked. "What's up?" He said looking at me.

"How would you feel if I dated one of your band mates?" I asked. "I won't have to feel anything because you will not date my band mates." He said sternly.

"Alright then" I said looking off into a distance.

Almost as if on time, Daniel texted me.

Me: Sitting with my brother.

Daniel: Am I interrupting?

Me: no not really
Me: he's hardly spoke to me.

Daniel: bummer.
Daniel: wanna come over

Me: sure

"I'm going to a friends house" I said standing up. "Which friend?" He asked. "A friend, Jack" he just rolled his eyes.

What the fuck is his problem today?

I went inside and quickly changed into something a bit nicer, even though we'll probably just end up watching a movie or something.

I reapplied some lipgloss and walked on over there.

[DANIEL SEAVEY]

I was kinda nervous. Even though I saw her a couple days ago. I impatiently waited in my room.

I was in a hoodie and joggers. I hadn't gotten the time to do my hair yet. Which I hadn't realized until she knocked on my door.

I walked down the stairs and opened the door for her.

"Hey Daniel" She smiled. "Hey" I replied as she walked in.

We went up to my room. "You know daniel, I love your room" she said as we entered my room.

"Really?" I asked. "Yeah. It's really cozy" she replied. "No ones ever told me that. I don't know how to reply." I smiled a bit.

She just giggled. "What?" I asked. "Nothing." She said looking away.

About an hour later we ended up playing never have I ever.

"Okay. Never have I ever...had a boyfriend." She said. "What?! You've never had a boyfriend?" I asked in disbelief.

"Yep" She said. "Come on Joey how have you ever had a boyfriend?" I asked.

"I don't know. Guys I guess aren't interested in me." She shrugged.

"Come on Joey you are gorgeous." I said tucking a piece of hair behind her ear.

A ray of sunlight peaked through the curtains and shined on her face revealing red circles of her cheeks.

"Woah. Joey are those hives?" I asked worried.

"Oh no, no. I was blushing I guess. You're probably weirded out. I'm sorry." She said fast as she stood up off my bed and faced away from me.

"Joey no..." I said pulling her back down. She looked at me. "I love it. It makes you unique." I said softly.

"You think so?" She asked. I stared deep into her eyes. "Yes, Joey. You are beautiful."

I felt myself leaning in. I knew it. This was the moment. Butterflies we're going crazy. We were inches apart, then my phone rang.
