The paramedics show up before i know it.... "PLEASE" i scream as two men try to hold me back as they load Jack into the Ambulance.... "Im sorry sir... only adults can ride in the ambulance" the one guy said... i sink to the ground and ball my eyes out... i look up at Jonah.. who was standing above me.... "Go.... Be with him... don't let him give up... don't let him loose hope" i say .... he takes my hand and pulls me up... "I won't zachary" he says pulling me into a hug... Daniel and Corbyn stand in either sides of me both with a arm around me... Jonah hops in the ambulance and thats when it all hit me.... "WAIT PLEASE WAIT PLEASE" i scream as loud as i could... "Let me see him... let me kiss him ... please" i say softly... "I think thats best" the other guy said... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN... I run up to him and take his hand... "Jack Robert Avery... i know you can't hear me... but if you can.. Promise me you won't leave me... promise you'll stay... please baby... please hold on... i love you... i need you... without you I'd be gone.... a peice of me would leave... i need you.. i need you to be there to hold me... to love me... to kiss me... please" I place my lips on his and run my fingers through his hair one more time...... and thats when his heart rate sky rocketed..... "You have to go now.. we have to go" one of the guys said pulling me away from him.... "were loosing him" i heard a girl inside the Ambulance say.... "NO... PLEASE NO.... GOD NO... PLEASE.... DON'T TAKE MY BABY... TAKE ME ... PLEASE" i yell as daniel pulls me into his arms... The ambulance pulls out and speed down the road...........
Corbyn gets the car and gets in the driver's seat... "Sit in the back with him dani" corbyn says kissing his boyfriends hand..... I fall into daniels arms and i ball the whole way there......
we get in the waiting room and find Jonah... we all sit there

Zach-Zach sits with his hands in his hair and elbows on his knees.. tears run down his face as he pinches his arm... Jonah- Jonah sits beside zach with a hand on his back... thinking what will happen if this is the end for Jack Daniel-Daniel holds his boyfriends hand and worrys about the boy sitting across from him.... Corbyn- Corbyn calls Jacks family and lets them know whats happening... he seems calm of the outside but inside hes slowly drifting away from the world Jack-Jacklays in the hospital bed with tons of people around him and voices yelling... when suddenly every one gets quiet and the doctor says... "Were loosing him...." and then the beeps on his heart Monorter slowly spread apart. ..... and thats when it all ended.... everything stopped and for a first Jack felt free.... but not happily free.....
