I made this yesterday at school :3
This drawing exists for one reason: my homeroom teacher, at the start of the last two periods of the day, set a big 'ol box full of assorted art stuff in front of my group and I, aaaaand I'm not sure why, but I love him for it :,3
Apparently the art box belonged to one of his students last school year who left it there but never came back for it...? So now, if she doesn't come back for it by the end of the year, my friends and I can keep it and split the supplies amongst ourselves! And, I mean, it's not just pooey crayola (I love you, Crayola, but I need better), either. There's charcoal pencils, pastel pencils, high-end pencil crayons, artist pencils (including 5H which I have never seen before-,,!), and watercolour pencils, too *Sniffles* I have never been happier :,D
My friends and I (even though it's not the end of the school year yet) even divided the supplies today, so if the kit's original owner doesn't claim it by the end of the year, we know what we're getting (I claimed the pencil crayons, the pastel pencils, two smudgy-thingies, and the singular 5H pencil because it's beautiful as heck) >:,3
But yeah, I got at least a good, solid hour and a half to draw this cat eye :3 (The drawing obviously would have better and more refined if I had had more time, but I mean-)
