It was normal summer day in London, its residents went about their business and the tourists all eager to visit their next destination. It was late afternoon, and most people were making their way home. The hour had just it five and Big Ben was sounding off. Then, it happened.

The sound of vibrating waves whizzed through the ears of London's citizens, making them lose control of their own will. Everyone practically stood in place, dropping any items they had in hand at the moment. The frequency of the waves seemed to intensify with every strike of the hour. Once the tones had ceased, the city felt lifeless. If a person were to breath, you could hear it from a block or two away.

From out of know where, the amplified sound of a megaphone was being prepared to be spoken through. Echoing through the air like the sound of some terrifying creature in a horror movie. A voice soon followed through the distant megaphone. The voice was scratchy and seemed hostile and anxious, and the words that were spoken seemed to be in a gloating tone. "Attention London, I hope you were all having a good day, because unfortunately it's all about to go bad! I know you were all trying to keep up with your busy lives, but time is money. And since I have now taken up your time, I think it's fair to take up your money. So I expect you all to hand over money to me, the world's greatest criminal mastermind, DR. DRAKKEN!"

Drakken was perched inside the bell tower in which Big Ben resides, keeping a set of mufflers on to prevent his own diabolical plot from turning on him. He laughed maniacally in delight, only to have his moment spoiled by a low condescending voice from behind him. "Do you have to laugh every time you make some threatening speech?" Drakken's enthusiasm quickly turned to annoyance, as he turned around to find his sidekick Shego, leaning against the wall and tending to her nails. She looked as if there was no effort to be made at all, except to make fun of her so-called evil partner.

Drakken hastily pointed at her and retorted "Do you always have to ruin my fun?" He hesitated for a moment before continuing to make sense of his plan. "Your frequent vacationing has ruined the fun of that generous donation from the U.N. for saving the world from Warmonga and Warhawk. And now that our assets have almost dried up, I say we need to start building revenue again, don't you agree Shego?" She pursed her lips in uncertainty, not that she disagreed with Drakken about their money problems, but rather the way he approached the problem. "Yeah...., but why does something as silly as Big Ben need to be involved," she questioned. Drakken then lifted his arm toward the historic bell and explained. "Big Ben is heard throughout London Shego. With the assistance of this mind-control device that I stole from its developer, I can use the bell's frequency to control anyone within hearing distance!" His enthusiasm started to rise again as he bragged of genius plan, until another voice interrupted.

Echoing down from the higher areas of the bell tower, the sound of a young woman quipped, "You know Drakken, stealing something means that people are going to start searching for you, and I know you don't want that kind of attention" Drakken felt that he recognized the voice, as if it were a faded memory from his past. He frantically searched the high beams and columns of the tower, hoping to find the source of this voice. Suddenly, a grappling hook attached to a tether sprang out from behind one of the beams toward him. Catching him by surprise, it hooked round one of his ankles and soon dragged him into the air upside-down. He thrashed is body around trying to break free, but to no avail. He stopped briefly to catch his breath. He then noticed a pair of boots standing on the edge of one of the beams. He up looked up to find his arch-nemesis standing in-front of him. "And you certainly don't want my attention," she continued, crouching down to be at eye level with him.

"KIM POSSIBLE" Drakken exaggerated in disbelief, earning a cheeky smirk from the former teen hero.

"Wow," she said, "I never thought I would say this, but I do miss you're childish exaggerations."
