A stupid sonnet

HEY IM BACKKKK

Sorry i've been gone for 12,000 years (it actually probably hasn't been too long). But anyway: i'm back.

Today was wild. I had school and everything but then my choir had to sing at my school's graduation. I'm a freshman but one of my best friends is a senior so i cried when she walked across the stage. I love her. She's amazing. I'm gonna miss her, she made choir so entertaining.

SOMETHING ABOUT GRADUATION THOUGH: ok so out mascot is a river rat (it stemmed from an insult from a rival school when our school was being built it's fiNe) so the very first person alphabetically at graduation wears these rat ears alone with their cap. And the last person... hAs A tAiL. A f u c k i n g r a t t a i l !!!! I couldn't breathe lmao. I lowkey with i was last. I'm 13th i think.... #StayFresh2021

Anyway about the sonnet. We had to do a stupid shakespearian sonnet for english. It had to have an ABABCDCDEFEFGG rhyme sequence. Each line had to have 10 syllables. 3 instances of figurative language. Something else. And it had to be about Romeo and Juliet. So mine is about wanting Romeo to become a Capulet so they can be together. Feel free to laugh at my stupid sonnet:

Oh, Romeo, our love is like the stars.
Though we know they are there during the day
They cannot be seen and they seem so far
But at night for a while they seem to stay
If you were to become a Capulet
I would burst with joy and we could be wed
And we'd be together until our death
No more late night meetings, just us in bed.
You'd no longer be a family for.
In night's arms our love would not have to hide
And we would be happy, of that I know.
It could all be ours if we only tried

But i fear that no matter what we do
You will forever be a Montegue
