By the time Marigold fell asleep, it was time to put Lilac's plan in action. She threw rocks on her aunt's window and with the help of her teleportation rune, she threw rocks back and forth from the door to the window, causing her aunt to wake up and light a fire using magic. Her mana triggered the rune at the back of her neck and caused her to fall a sleep once more.

Lilac got into her aunt's room using another teleportation device she placed in Marigold's room. She then got a needle and ink and slowly poked a 悪夢 (nightmare) tattoo and a 幻覚 (hallucination) tattoo on the back of Marigold's head. Runes written in Japanese didn't need mana to activate, the runes absorb mana surrounding it. It took time for each rune to form, that is why she needed to knock Marigold out.

After placing little engraving such as "hello sister" and the like in little things following her late mother's handwriting that Marigold surely would see and use, Lilac then placed a cloth with another 悪夢 (nightmare) written underneath Marigold's pillow. She teleported out of Marigold's room and went to sleep.

She didn't get too much sleep though, somebody's screams kept her up at night.

Marigold woke up in cold sweat. She didn't know what happened last night because everything seemed a blur to her. She did not get a good night's rest as she was consumed in an nightmare she can't get out of.

Marigold went to her boudoir to fix herself up for breakfast when she saw a seemingly obscure engraving at the corner of her mirror.

'Hello dearest sister.'

Marigold fainted on the spot.

It has been 3 days since and Marigold has been losing her mind. She can see and hear things that in reality, aren't really there. Dead people.

"Mommy!~ Mommy!~ I want her dress!" Daisy pointed to Lilac and kept pulling Marigold's dress in hopes that she'll get her mom's attention.

"QUIET!" Unable to handle the noise and the stress, Marigold finally lashed out. Upon hearing her mother scream at her, Daisy brawled her eyes out.

Marigold's head was now severely aching, she didn't have time for this farce. Just as she was about to hit Daisy, Duke Rosal came along with Lilac and Lily. Marigold immediately retracted her hand, taking deep breaths. She thought they haven't seen what she was about to do, but they did. Duke Rosal just pretended not to have seen nor hear what was happening prior them arriving. Lily, on the other hand, didn't seem to care at all and Lilac tried to hide her smirk by yelling auntie and pretending to be the sweet girl her aunt surely isn't fond of.

"Auntie!~" Lilac then jumped at her aunt, while Marigold was forced to carry her.

"Hello Alexander, your daughter is very fond of me" Marigold said smiling sweetly at Duke Rosal. The duke just mumbled an 'indeed'. Finding this amusing, Lilac burrowed her head in Marigold's neck to stop herself from laughing.

"Aunt Marigold, you don't look too good today. Do we need to call a doctor?" Lily dived in for the kill.
