"go wait for daddy on the bed. i'll be in soon, sweetie," yoongi kissed hoseok's forehead lightly.

he fished his phone from his pocket and quickly scrolled to taehyung's contact. he walked out of the room to talk with his colleague about some sort of business hoseok didn't have the attention span for.

the little knew he should go get ready for his nap like his daddy told him too, but there was something he wanted. he'd been a good boy all day long and daddy hadn't given him any candy.

hoseok loved candy more than he loved the wonder pets, which is a big deal. he knew daddy had bought some gummy bears when he went to the store. he saw daddy put them in the cabinet next to the lollipops.

he tip-toed quietly into the kitchen. he spotted the cabinet containing the treats and opened it quietly just in case daddy could hear him. he snatched the bag of gummy bears quickly then shut the door.

he scampered up to the bedroom quickly and dove onto the covers. he fiddled with the plastic before he finally got it open. he picked out one of the orange gummies and popped it into his mouth. he grabbed a few more and chewed them happily, humming at the sugary taste.

he was so immersed in the sweets he didn't hear daddy approaching the bedroom. yoongi poked his head in the door only to find hoseok huddled up with his knees pulled to his chest, munching on gummy bears.

"what exactly are you doing, little one?" yoongi asked crossing his arms over his chest.

hoseok stiffened and looked up guiltily from the bag. he made eye contact with yoongi then hung his head in shame.

"baby wanted candy. 'm sorry, daddy," hoseok mumbled with a pout.

yoongi walked over to the bed and picked up the bag. he placed it on the top of the nightstand then cupped hoseok's chin and lifted his face.

"you're too cute, you know that?" yoongi smiled admiring the little's puffed up, rosy cheeks, pouted lips, and big, doe eyes.

"baby's not cute, baby's bad," hoseok's pout deepened and he looked away.

yoongi leaned down and kissed the little's lips sweetly. hoseok's eyelids fluttered shut and he leaned into his daddy. he thought he was going to be punished but he much preferred kissies from daddy.

"you can finish them after our nap, baby boy," yoongi smiled pulling away.

"really?" hoseok's eyes lit up with excitement, "thank you, daddy!" he cheered wrapping his arms around yoongi, pulling the caregiver onto the bed.

"you're welcome, sweetie," yoongi laughed wrapping his arms around the little.

he pulled the covers over their bodies and kissed hoseok's forehead. the little nuzzled into his neck and smiled happily.

"i love you, daddy. you're the bestest daddy in the world!" the little giggled snuggling closer to his caregiver.
