Wally let out a grumble as he finished fixing yet another pipe. Of course, he was worried about how much it leaked, but this was the third time today.
"Wally?" chirped a feminine voice. It came as music to his ears.
(Y/n). She always managed to cheer him up, even at his worst days at Joey Drew Studios.
Turning around, he greeted her with a smile, waving. "Hello there, (y/n)!"
She giggled softly, humming. "Ready to go? It's your lunch, remember?"
That just made it even better.
With a smile and a nod, he followed the pretty girl over to the break room. Eating lunch, the two of you bickered about this and that.
"No he's not!" you laughed. "Boris is sweet and innocent!"
Wally rolled his eyes, a small smile on his face, before looking over at you. Damn, you really were pretty.
"... (Y/n)?" he asked softly, suddenly becoming nervous.
"Yeah, Wally? Are you alright?" you asked, frowning in concern at him. He hesitated, before leaning forwards and placing a gentle kiss to your cheek.
Your face became flushed quite quickly, and you glanced to the side before leaning over, cupping his face in your hands and pressing a kiss to his lips.
You quickly pulled away, afraid of being caught, and giggled.
"I love you too, Wally!"
