"I feel kinda bad for letting him leave alone..." Avi said as he snuggled up closer to his tall, blonde boyfriend.

They were back in Los Angeles, back at home. And while Scott and Avi decided to stay in bed a little longer, Mitch was already on his way to his appointment with his therapist to work on whatever had been going on with his anxiety.

"Me too, Sweetheart" Scott returned. "But we asked him and he said he wanted to go on his own. He'll be alright, he knows what he's doing."

"Yeah, but only on Saturday I found out that the kind of anxiety he's been dealing with was worse than I thought and... I'm just worried..." Avi explained.

"What did he tell you about his past anxiety?" Scott asked.

"That it was bad when we first came to LA. That he was on medication during our first tour and then for some events" Avi returned.

"Mmhm" Scott hummed. "He was. But we're talking the big events here. The first Grammy's for example. And apart from that episode with the medication, he worked hard on coping mechanisms and strategies to deal with his anxiety."

"Like the reassurance he asked for when I was at this event with him before we got together?" Avi asked.

"Exactly" Scott returned. "There have been times where he needed even more, where I had to have my hand on his back the whole time or where we even had to sneak into the bathroom so he could calm down, sometimes we even left earlier, but he always worked it out, it never got really bad."

"But why didn't he tell us back then?" Avi wanted to know.

Scott sighed. "It was his decision not to. He didn't want people to know, because he feared that everyone would think he's weak. He knew about his insecurities, though and he always did his best to work on them."

"But I would have never called him weak" Avi said. "When he told me about his anxiety, I was amazed. I mean he got so far, he managed to get help and I feel like he also helped himself so much, working on his confidence and everything. It's one thing to make it in this branch when you already bring confidence and everything, but it is another thing to go there first and then word on yourself while you're at it..."

Scott's heart swelled when Avi talked about Mitch. "That's true. He really is magnificent."

Both men fell silent again, there was no need for words. They just stayed in their embrace, softly caressing one another lazily, drifting off occasionally as it was still early for them.

It was only when both phones vibrated at the same time, signalling an incoming message from Mitch that they untangled themselves. Scott blindly grabbed a device and looked at it. "Yours" he said and handed it over to his boyfriend.

"Thanks, but I gave you the code, didn't I?" Avi returned as he unlocked the phone.

"Yep, but I'm not using it unless I really have to. It's still your privacy" Scott explained.

"Mmhm, it's Mitch. He just got out of his session, he want us to know that he's fine. Also he's bringing breakfast, we just have to take care of the coffee" Avi explained.

"That means getting up..." Scott huffed.

"Yeah, but we could sit outside and enjoy breakfast together. Mitch could tell us everything he wants to and then we can just enjoy the day..." Avi smiled slightly.

Scott sighed. "Okay, you win, once again. The idea is more than tempting." He pecked Avi's cheek softly and slowly got up, stretching his arms. He then got up and grabbed a shirt and a pair of shorts to wear for the day.
