After a lazy day at home, the three men went out for their dinner date. Over delicious Indian food, they talked about everything and nothing, shared stories from the time they had spent away from one another and just enjoyed being together.

"Dessert anyone?" Avi asked once they were finished with their main courses.

"Oh no, Kirstie said that she'd need me to taste a few cake combinations. She and Matt couldn't quite decide" Scott explained.

"And I doubt that I'll be able to float over the dance floor with you tonight, if I eat more..." Mitch said. "So it's a no from me." He chuckled, when he saw that Avi was pouting.

"I'll bribe Kirstie for some cake as a midnight treat, okay?" Scott said directed at the bearded man, whose eyes lit up immediately. "Thank you."

"You're welcome" Scott replied. "Now, shall we get the check? It's almost time for you to leave. I don't want you to be late to your dance."

Mitch smiled. "That's true... did you already book an uber? Ours will be here in fifteen."

"Yes, mine will be here in twenty..." Scott replied as he signalled the waiter that they wanted to pay. "Oh no, it's on me tonight" he added when he noticed that Avi was pulling out his wallet.

"But we invited you..." Avi argued.

"Would you not argue with me, Dear? Treat yourself and Mitchy to a wonderful night out" Scott returned and then silenced Avi, who still wanted to argument, with a kiss.

"Okay, Scott. Thank you" Avi mumbled with an almost bashful smile on his face.

"You're welcome" Scott replied, before he turned to the waiter and payed the bill with a generous tip.

"Thank you, Scotty" Mitch said with a huge smile on his face and he leaned over to peck his cheek. "We'll definitely treat ourselves tonight. I've been looking forward to this dance."

"Me too" Avi replied with a happy expression on his face. He looked at his watch once more and then up at Mitch. "We should go."

Mitch nodded and gracefully stood up.

Scott was quick to get their jackets and helped both Mitch and Avi into them before he put his own jacket on and then lead them outside. "That should be yours..." he commented as a car stopped in front of them.

"Yes" Mitch said. "I guess this is is goodbye for now."

"It is." Scott leaned down and pecked Mitch's lips. "Have fun, Mitchy."

Mitch smiled at him. "I will, Scotty. And you enjoy the cake tasting and time with Kirstie."

Scott smiled happily. "I will" he replied and then turned to Avi. "You have fun, too" he said and kissed him softly as well.

"Thank you, Love. Say 'hello' to Kirstie from us" Avi replied.

"I will" Scott replied before he opened the car door for his boyfriends and then closed it once they were seated inside. "Bye, Loves" he said and waved as they drove off and he was alone in front of the restaurant where he just had had a lovely dinner date with his boyfriends before they left him.

But he didn't feel lonely, if anything he was happy that his boyfriends finally had time for their shared passion while he had time to meet up with one of his best friends. So when his uber pulled up a few minutes later, he greeted the driver happily and made small talk while he took him to Kirstie's house.

He thanked him once he arrived there and got it of the car.

"It's me, K" he said when he heard his best friend's voice through the intercom.
