"Hello Mitchy, how are you on this wonderful day?"

Mitch smiled when Nicole entered the guest room of Kirstie's and Matt's house where he was getting ready for his wedding. "Good. A little nervous or rather excited, but I'm good" Mitch explained.

"That's good" Nicole replied. "I set up everything we need in the living room, so if you're ready?"

Mitch nodded. "Ready to get beautiful!" He followed the red haired woman out into the living room where Kirstie was sitting and painting their nails.

"This colour is cute" Mitch commented as he sat down on the barstool.

"Thanks" Kirstie replied. "Want some polish, too? This would fit your outfit..."

"Hmm... I don't think so" Mitch replied. "I'm not really feeling it, especially because my outfit is rather light... plus the only thing on my finger today shall be my ring."

"I get that" Kirstie replied. "You must miss the ring..."

Mitch nodded. Two weeks ago he and his fiancés had given their rings away to get them engraved. They had thought about getting new rings, but didn't find any kind of ring more perfect than the model Avi got for their engagement. "Yes, but I'll get it back later..." He smiled. "I cannot believe that the day has come. Did it feel surreal to you, too?"

"It did" Kirstie replied. "I mean you prepare everything, you get more and more excited and cannot wait for the day to come and then it's there, so suddenly. And the only thing you can and definitely should do is enjoy it. It's your day, don't worry about anything."

Mitch smiled. "I'm not planning on worrying about anything once we're all at the location safe and sound, you know?"

"Yep. And don't you worry. Esther let me know that she's at Kevin's with Avi, he's getting ready and Scott is getting ready, too, he texted me half an hour ago" Kirstie explained.

Mitch nodded. "That's good to know, thank you for telling me" he said and took a deep breath. "Okay, so... Nicole..."

"Right here" Nicole replied. "Now, what are we going to do?"

"Definitely some foundation and concealer" Mitch replied. "And... I don't really know about the rest... I kind of want to have some subtle accents around the eyes, but not too much, you know?"

"I know, because I know you" Nicole replied. "I'll start off light and if you want more, I can always intensify."

"Sounds good to me" Mitch replied and closed his eyes to let her work and to relax a little bit.

"Damnit. The one day I want this to be perfect and it always looks crooked." Avi untied his bowtie once more and sighed.

"What's wrong, Avi?" Joshua had heard his brother and entered the room swiftly. "Damn, what did this tie do to you?"

Avi rolled his eyes. "It doesn't let me tie it."

"Well, maybe it'll let me tie it, huh?" Joshua took the tie and cringed. "But not until we iron it. You wait here, I'll ask Leigh for help. Unless... you want to talk?"

Avi shrugged his shoulders. "Not really. It's just that I want to finally get going. I want to meet them at the altar, want to... marry them."

"You will do all this, Avi. Once we're done with this bowtie." Joshua waved the light blue piece of fabric and turned away.

"Wait, I'll join you" Avi followed his brother into the living room.

"Leigh? Kevin?" Joshua asked the couple.
