(Hey look an actual chapter!)
It's currently July and I'm officially 2 months pregnant. I know it's been confusing but I'm trying to make everything make sense.
Lucas got a summer job to help our money stay stable. His parents still have lots of money leftover after the death.
But we still need some backup money and just some money to waste on fun little items.
I've been feeling pretty good.
I have that baby bump but barely.
Lucas comes home upset and grouchy.
"What's the matter?" I ask rubbing his shoulders.
"Work just sucks." He snaps.
I kiss his temple and massage his neck.
"Well if it makes you feel any better, the baby has been moving, and is moving right now. So you can maybe feel him." I blurt out not knowing what he'll do.
He turns around and lifts my shirt up.
It still gives me chills.
His hand goes on my stomach, and he chuckles.
"It's like he high fived me. " I giggle and pull his head up to mine.
"I love you Lucas." I kiss him.
"I love you too Maya."
