Ch. 20 - The one that creates life

Saras palace was definitely a building fitting its title. It resided within the largest tree, right at the center of the dome. 

As they walked in, Hael was greeted by the fresh scent of nature and the sound of the flowing water. Though many of the forest people...

-Forest people sounds a bit insulting... I better ask for what I could call them... Would that be rude? No... I think.

Haels inner monologue reached a conclusion and he whispered,

"Umm sorry to interrupt this tour, but could I ask for a name the residents of this forest call themselves... If there is one?"

Saras wondered for a while and then smiled,

"Ohh I see. You wouldn't know since you are new after all. We are called Nymphi. Our roots are closer to those of elves than humans... But you can call each of us as you like... I can be honey or love or anything you like!"

The shock spread through others no matter the gender. A tanuki like girl with cute brown tail and round ears was the fastest to react.

"No- no way! As expected of Saras-sama she went straight on the offensive! But I will not pass this change! Before you answer to her you can call me your BRIDE!"

Another shock,

"OOOOHHHHH!!!"

"As expected of general Kashina she is on par with Saras-sama! But I wont lose..."

"Neither of I..."

"Call me..."

It was rowdy... But pleasant. So this lively bunch is called the nymphi? Hael nodded and smiled wholeheartedly, He felt fulfilled... But behind that joy, loomed something else. The greater the light... the stronger the darkness... He knew this... but it was not the dark that he had to fear. It was the light that brought pain... It was the light that destroyed the old world for those who truly deserved it whole. The light known as mankind was making its way towards this place as they spoke...

They passed countless rooms, halls and paths all part of the same complex structure formed by nature from the one single tree. The nymphi around were doing their own stuff throwing interest looks towards the bunch that walked around, but didn't show any hostility towards the outsider at the center.

When Heal asked about it the party just laughed and informed that everyone knew about the adventurers... and that one would appear around these parts as well. Quite a carefree lives they had... 

The party kept climbing upwards until finally, reaching the top not far below the leaf covered roof of the whole dome. 

There in this open area hundreds of meters above the ground, resided the the throne room. Up above, the leaves left a single hole on the roof and from there, water flowed beautifully into a fountain in the middle of the room. 

Saras led them to her "throne" behind the fountain and the whole party aside from Hael jumped on it and continued having their fun. 

A sofa or a large bed was a better fit to describe her throne and the way the Nymphi jumped on it definitely made it seem considerably less serious than a place from where the Dome was commended.

"But I guess thats the way they are," 

Hael though.

After a short while of intense seduction, which was strong against Hael, he also decided to follow them and sat down in the middle of the sea of fluffy tails.

Hael and the Nymphi talked in Saras sama's palace for a long while. 

Lots of topics were covered from both sides but a single one remained as the most important one at the end... Though Hael was the only one to make it into a scene.
