"KONGGGGGGG"

"KONGGGGGGG"

...

..

.

"...Oh crap..."

"Oh noooo!"

"What!?"

Different parts of the city rang from curses as three people woke up to the sound of the midday bell.

Yesterday, In the end, each of them had went well overboard with shopping and the plans to meet up within three hours had changed into something like,

"We can meet up in the morning as well. Ill just send them a message that theres too much stuff to look at..."

No messages were sent.

Though Carmel had insisted on finding Hael so they spent the night near the center in a good inn by the power of their combined resources, while Hit was sleeping on the streets having wasted all of his money on god knows what.

(Unfortunately for him some people had seen him and a common name would start spreading later on, "street sniper.")

...But right now what actually mattered was the fact that it was already past noon and they were late. Very late on the schedule.

Thanks to the delays on the first trip they already were late on schedule, but now after missing 6 hours from their deadline it was a whole another story.

Time left, before the boss room would open was in fact, less than a day...

They probably wouldn't make it by running. Or even if they did was it possible to fight the lord of the First realm exhausted? But was there another choice?

...Yes... There was. Though a little embarrassing, he could use that.

Hael locked in his choice as they reached the fountain.

Hit was already there.

"Better get going..."

He said, as they exchanged short greetings by nodding.

....

During the run up the stairs a small debate occurred as Carmel and Hit questioned whether they should run straight to the mountain or take this "ride" Hael had spoke of.

It was rather odd but the two didn't really have a reason to doubt him... So they agreed.

Now instead of the White rock the course shifted towards the west and straight towards the black dot which, of course was closer than the original goal.

Navigation on the other hand was, this time left on Hit's responsibility no questions asked.

.....................

About twenty hours later, approximately 4 hours until the deadline.

"Can you see it! There! it has to be,"

Hael spouted exited. He had spotted a way up the mountain. The two others weren't as convinced,

"Where? (Phuuh) I don't see (haahhh) anything, were going to (haaa) be LATE!"

Carmel panted.

Hit were on the same lines but Hael didn't give up.

He picked up the exhausted Carmel up and ran towards the path and started climbing. Back in the day he had spent a lot of time climbing things like these so spotting the route up the mountain was a piece of cake... thought they had been searching for it for a while now. A while wasted when they had not a single second to throw away.
