.......................

The party had been on the "road" for about two days when their destination finally appeared on sight. Carmel flew and Hit ran a bit ahead of the last party member who seemingly had a dark clouds over his head.

"I can navigate perfectly...And even if I didn't it's not like its my fault either... teachers back in elementary school didn't teach how to use them... its not about intelligence... who needs maps anyways.... what kind of an adventure is one such where you already know the road your taking...".

The two ahead waited for Hael to catch up,

"Hey cheer up any other time we would love to follow your routes but this is a one time deal because were in a bit of an hurry here",

Carmel comforted him.

Hael was definitely the type to hold grudges for a long time, but for someone like her, even he couldn't really stay mad. And in the end they were about to reach their destination... While it was already getting dark the lights of Hikari shone like start in the distance.

As they approached the center of the world The borders of the first realm also came into view. On the right side, the mountain line separated the first and the second realm which was, by the way, known as the white realm... Reasons for that were unknown, but there was no reason to doubt the information the NPC.s shared.

Likewise, on the left side a great forest drew closer and closer, marking the borders of the third realm... Few times Hael showed wistful looks at the direction, but there was no helping it.

The party had passed by many towns along the way but none of them shone like the one ahead. It was clear to see that this really was Hikari, the only start that fell on the ground.

The road they used got wider and livelier with many NPC travelers appearing from all the different paths joining the main one. As Hit had told them there were lots of adventurers using the roads as well.

Hael had been so into the mountain which was a solo adventure for the last week that had completely forgotten how many "actual" people or rather immigrants there were from Earth. It truly was a whole another world at work here.

The party continued on the same road forced to reduce their speed to walking. The reason being... the rush.

"Can you imagine? I never thought Id be back stuck in traffic ever again..."

Hael mumbled.

"Yeah... But to be honest I think this is fine. There is no smell of gasoline, no smoke, and all the same it just feels good walking within these people."

Hit replied.

"Uuuh I want to fly again!"

Carmel whined.

She was told to stand down, since despite the amount of people not a single one flew. It was better not to stand out at this point... Time for that would arrive soon enough.

Hael thought about Hits comment and felt a sense of understanding. He was right. This wasn't so bad.

"Kyaaa!"

Carmel shouted joyfully as Hael lifted her to travel on his shoulders.

"How does it seem?"

He asked.

"Target is in vicinity! Push on!"

Carmel declared.

.................

They reached the root of the solid hill, separating them and the city.

The forest stopped at the rock and so did the mountains on the other side. The city of Hikari was surrounded by a ring of bedrock rising up to around 30 meters.
