My eyes open the sound of annoyingly loud birds chirping outside my window. As I awaken, the sun seeps through the curtain and into my eyes, immediately making me rest back into my pillow.

I didn't even notice that my arms were filled by a petite girl with long honey brown hair. Rae's eyes were closed and her lips were in a small frown as she slept. Slight snores made their way out from the back if her throat, and I felt myself smirk at the sound.

She was beautiful. Her lips were parted slightly with her hands curved into her chest , holding onto the pillow next to her.

I push myself up a bit, leaning back on my elbows as I take my arms off of her, trying my best not to wake her up. She looked like an angel when she slept. No to mention the adorable nose scrunches that came every now and then with her snores.

She was asleep, I hadn't thought about it, but I could do anything and she would even know. So I leaned down, my lips close to her face. Her breath ran down my next as I pecked the side of her cheek, and pushed myself back quickly before she could react to it.

I then turn around, instinctively clutching onto my big glasses, and slapping them onto my face. The alarm clock next to the place where my glasses had been resting read 11:37.

Wow, that was late for me. Maybe I just slept like this when somebody was trapped in my arms all night. Or, coming to mind, we did stay up to at least 12am last night. We were probably just exhausted from walking a couple of miles.

"staring is rude." i gasp at the sudden voice coming from Rae's lips. I slapped a hand to my chest, calming myself down as i chuckle at the sneaky girl.

"I-I didn't mean to, I just didn't know if you were asleep-" I'm cut off by Rae's angelic giggle as she sits up from her position on my bed.

"Its okay, I thought it was cute." She states along with another giggle. god, I hadn't realized until now that i could probably listen to her laugh from a recording for hours and hours at a time. It was really loud, like she really couldn't control it, and I liked it a lot. I liked her a lot.

"I can make you breakfast if you'd like?" I offer to her. Her eyes dart to the clock next to my bed setting on the rest and her chests starts to rise up and down suddenly. My smile turns to a frown as things go from shits and giggles to Rae rushing to get out.

"That's okay, I-I'm not hungry anyway." She eventually stops squirming and moves her body off of me, her feet peddling across the room in search of her jeans. She picked them up, sliding them on swiftly and sticking her feet into her big boots, not even bothering to tie them. It was weird because I don't think i had ever heard her mumble or stutter.

"Is everything okay?" I question at her fast pace.

"No, no, Its just my dad is probably pissed off enough as it is, so i better get back. I'm so sorry Irwin." Rae seemed to have picked up one of my old school sweatshirts instead of her jacket as she rushed around the room. I didn't have a problem with her stealing my shirt, I thought it was cute, I guess she just didn't care enough to go in search for her own, so i let her off the hook.

"Its okay, do you want me to walk you home or something?" I ask. It was a good twenty minute walk, possibly ten if you were running.
