2 weeks later

As you might have guessed, Jason and I are dating. He has been a sweetheart of course, taking care of Tamara and Ethan. The children are just really happy that they can play more. Jaycee is really happy that her plan worked. Michael is happy too, but still upset about the Chris thing. I kept remembering the time at the hospital.

"Don't worry about me anymore. I'll be fine." I told him.

"You may be fine, but Chris still isn't. Watch when I get out of this hospital. He won't ever see another day when I'm through with him." Michael said through clenched teeth.

"Baby, Jaycee's calling you on FaceTime," Jason said, handing me my phone.

I answered the call.

"Hey Jaycee boo," I said excitedly through the phone.

"Hey boo! Michael say hi to Dani," Jaycee said.

"What's up Dani Dan?" Michael grabbed the phone.

"Nothing much. What you been up to?" I asked.

"Chilling, chilling. I wanna talk to you though. Text me after you finish this." Michael said, handing Jaycee the phone.

"Aighh, gotchuu." I replied.

"Well, how my love birds doing?" Jaycee asked.

"Just fine," Jason walked back into the room with a bowl of popcorn. He came behind me and kissed me on the cheek.

"Aw," Jaycee cooed.

"No," I blushed.

"Y'all cute," Jaycee said.

"What you doing today?" I asked.

"Nothing. Michael and AJ going to watch a basketball game. I'm going to just chill in the house. Maybe go get my nails done. You down?" Jaycee asked.

"Yeah, I need to do my nails too. When you picking me up boo?" I asked.

"Ninja you better drive yourself." Jaycee said.

"That's too much. You gotta drive me," I said.

"Fine. You lucky I like you. You gonna be ready in a hour?" Jaycee asked.

"Yeah," I said.

"Alright see you in a hour." Jaycee said.

We ended the call.

"Babe, you gotta babysit. I'm getting my nails done today." I said.

"But why?" Jason whined. "You always going out with your friends. Come on now," He complained more.

"I'll make it up to you," I winked at him.

"Oh really?" Jason said, getting closer.

"Mhm, tonight though." I pushed his back, making him fall on  his back.

"Babe, you are something else," He said, sitting back up to eat his popcorn.

"Mhm," I smirked, walking into the bathroom to take a shower.

I took a fresh shower, changing my outfit. I was glad that Jaycee and I would finally be able to chill like we used to. As I was putting on some lotion, I checked my phone. Michael had texted me while I was in the shower.

Hey, I need you to give me some information.
