'We are here today to make a final conclusion on the case of Lucas Blake Dawson and Teresa Lindsey Bibby.' The judge spoke.

How we got here?

Simple.

The last couple of days there's been a lot of police visits and making a lot of statements.

Eventually we ended up in court.

So here I am.

My sister and parents on my left, the WDW boys on my right and dave, Aspen and New Hope Club behind me.

'Tessa can you please come foreward?' The judge asked me.

I slowly nodded my head.

'We're right here.' Daniel whispered in my ear.

I walked foreward and got asked a couple of questions.

'Okay, all I need you to do is answer the following questions with yes or no.' The judge spoke.

'Okay.' I said.

'The first time you got in contact with Luke was on high school, correct?'

'Yes'

'You never had any relationship or dated Mr. Dawson, correct?'

'Yes'

'You're family and friends were threatened by him, correct?'

'Yes.'

'He took you're brother and when you found you're brother, he took you instead, correct?'

'Y-Yes.' I whispered.

'You were gone for 3 days? Correct?'

'Yes.'

'On this final question I need you're honest answer. Based on that, I can make my final decision.'

I nodded.

'In those 3 days you were there, you got harassed, drugged, starved and  raped against you're will, correct?'

I let the tears slip.

'Miss Bibby, is this correct?'

I looked at Luke and he gave me a death glare.

It's all over after this.

'Y-Yes' I whispered.

'Thank you miss Bibby, that's all.' The judge spoke and looked at his papers.

I walked back to my place and let a couple of tears slip.

I felt Daniel intertwine his hand with mine.

'You did amazing.' He whispered.

Lexi grabbed my other hand and cuddled into my side.

I kissed the top of her head.

I looked at mine and Daniel's hands intertwined.

'My final decision has been made.' The judge spoke again.

I looked up at him.

I felt everyone around me tense.

'Lucas Blake Dawson.' The judge started.

'On behalf of kidnapping, owning illegal drugs, stealing weapons, hardly harassing and raping, I sentence you 25 years prison. Case closed.' The judge spoke and closed the case.

Relief took over.

I let the emotions go.

Daniel took me in his arms and let me cry.
