Tessa POV

We entered the compound.

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

'Hey, you okay?' Daniel said and stood infront of me.

I opened my eyes and looked at him with a little smile.

'Yeah, I am now.' I said.

He took me in a hug and i held him close.

'How did you get that gun?' I whispered in his neck.

'You're not the only smart one here.' He said with a little smile.

I laughed a little.

'Would've you really pulled that trigger?' Daniel whispered now.

I was silent for a little.

'That doesn't matter anymore now. I'm safe. We're safe.' I whispered back and kissing his cheek after.

We both smiled and joined the others in the living room.

'Here, let me help you with that.' I said and walked to jack.

I cleaned jack's wounds and took care of them.

'Thank you princess.' Jack said.

I flinched hearing that name.

'Oh my god, i'm so sorry Tessa. I will never call you princess again.' Jack said and was about to walk away.

I turned him around and took him in a hug.

'No, don't ever say you're sorry again. I know now that you will never hurt me. You're the only one that can call me princess okay?' I said in his neck with a tear streaming down my face.

'Okay' he said.

I let go of him and wiped the tear away that was streaming down his cheek.

'Let's join the others okay?' I whispered holding his cheeks.

He nodded.

We walked back to the living room where it was dead silent.

'Please say something.' I whispered.

Jonah and Blake looked up to me with tears in their eyes.

'I'm sorry.' I whispered again softly.

Aspen jumped up from the couch and grabbed my hands.

'Hey nothing of this is you're fault!' She said.

I slowly walked out of Aspen's grip and faced everyone.

'Yes it is' I said.

'Tess no stop saying that. Nothing of this is you fucki-' reece started but I interrupted him.

'YES IT FUCKING IS! LUKE IS IN LOVE WITH ME AND HE'D DO EVERYTHING TO HAVE ME! IF I DIDN'T REJECT HIM BACK IN HIGH SCHOOL, REECE NEVER WOULD'VE BEEN TAKEN! YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES WOULDN'T BEEN THREATENED, I WOULDN'T HAVE TO LIE TO YOU, I WOULD'VE NEVER BEEN IN THAT HELL HOLE, YOU WOULDN'T BE COVERED WITH WOUNDS RIGHT NOW, I WOULDN'T BE FUCKING RAPED AND YOU WOULD'VE NEVER HAD TO KEEP ME SAFE!' I screamed and cried in one breath.

'W-what did you say?' Daniel stuttered with tears in his eyes.

'H-he raped you?' Zach whispered.

I looked at him with tears in my eyes and collapsed to the ground crying.

'Why?! Why me?' I cried.

Jonah ran to me and held me to his chest.

'Shh it's okay, i got you.' He cried and stroked my hair.

Jonah calmed me down and I stayed in his arms on the ground.

'T-the day before you c-came it happened..' I started slowly.

'I wasn't going to be nice to Luke after what he did to you reece. I wasn't going to eat his food. So Luke decided it was best if he just started to hurt me. I just took it al in, because I knew that at least all of you was safe. The 2nd day he walked in with his friends and drugged me and I just let it happen..' I explained looking to the ground with a couple of tears streaming down my cheeks.

Jonah's grip tightend around me.

Everyone was crying.

'I wasn't gonna let him hurt you guys again.' I finished.

Daniel stormed out of the room.

I looked at jack with hurt in my eyes.

Out of everyone Daniel is taking everything the hardest and it's heartbreaking.

Jack walked to me and kissed my forehead.

'I'll go check on him' jack whispered and walked off to Daniel.

My dad walked up to me and jonah slowly let go of me, so my dad could take me in his arms.

I burried my face in his chest.

'I am so proud of you. You survived. And now i'll do everything I can to take care of you and keep you safe.' My dad whispered.

I let go of him and smiled a little.

'I love you dad.'

'I love you a millions more, sweetcheeks. ' he said and kissed my forehead.

After that i went to hug everyone.

'Enough tears for today.' I said.

An hour later we were all calmed down and I lay on the couch trying hard to keep my eyes open.

'Tess? You should go to sleep beautiful..' zach said while stroking my cheek.

I slowly nodded my head.

'But I don't wanna be alone..' I whispered looking in his eyes.

'I know, you won't. Aspen will sleep with you and we are all here. Nothing is going to happen anymore, I promise.' He softly said back.

'Don't break that promise..' I whispered.

'I won't.' He said and helped me get up.

I kissed everyone's cheek and went upstairs with Aspen.

Before going to bed I checked daniel's and Jack's room.

They were both peacefully asleep, what made me smile.

I went into my own room with aspen and crawled in my bed.

'Don't go anywhere okay?' I whispered to Aspen.

'I won't, i'm staying right here with you.' She whispered back and held my hand.

That is how we both fell asleep.

For the first night that felt like forever i fell asleep knowing that everyone was safe.
