Ciel x Reader || Sweeter Than Candy

This is taking place in Black Butler. You live at Ciel's manor and work as his maid (and you're his favorite, but he'd never say that out loud). You make the best sweets, right next to Sebastian, so Ciel has you make some every once and a while. He says a few pick up lines to you sometimes, and you always smile, blush, and giggle at them, saying it was cute and thanking him for the compliment.

I'm following Mey-Rin around and helping her clean, making sure she doesn't drop any of the dishes she's carrying.

As we clean, I think back to some of the cute pick up lines Ciel had used on me..

If beauty was time, you'd be an eternity.

You're so cute, it's distracting.

What time do you have to be back in heaven?

May I have the distinguished honor and privilege of sitting next to you?

Where do you hide your halo?

I've fallen for you and I can't get up.

Just as I'm snapping out of my thoughts, I see that Mey-Rin is about to drop a plate. Once she does I snatch it from the air and carry it myself, along with about four other plates.

"Oh! Thank you, YN!" Mey-Rin exclaims.

"No problem, Mey-Rin," I reply, blushing at my thoughts of Ciel's pick up lines.

Just then, Sebastian enters the kitchen and tells me, "YN, the Young Master has requested that I go to the market and pick up some things, would you like to accompany me? I know you're done with everything on your list so I thought I'd ask."

I nod and smile up at him, "Okay! Sure thing! Thanks Sebastian! Just give me a second!"

He nods and I set the plates in my hands next to the sink, apologizing to Mey-Rin for not helping further, but all she says is..

"No, no! You've helped me plenty, YN! Go have fun!"

I thank her and leave with Sebastian.

Ciel's POV

I decide to take a break from my paperwork and walk around my manor, maybe even talk to YN.

I know she loves when I use pick up lines on her, and I love giving them to her. It's really cute when she blushes, smiles, and giggles at them.

I love her so much, I just can't express it in words. At least not straight forward. Not until I gather the courage.

That's part of the reason I've been telling her pick up lines, to drop hints that I like her.

Anyway, I walk around my entire manor and notice that YN isn't anywhere to be seen. I head to the kitchen and ask Mey-Rin.

"Oh! Mister Sebastian asked her if she wanted to accompany him to the market since she finished her list of things to do for the day, yes he did! She agreed and left with him!" She replies cheerfully before going back to her work.

I nod and thank her, going back up to my study while cursing at my butler under my breath.

I mean, as long as YN isn't bored or in love with Sebastian, right? It should be fine.

TIMESKIP-Your POV

Sebastian and I split the list and went our separate ways, deciding to meet back at the edge of town to head back to the manor before dark.

As night falls, I'm walking past a few dark and creepy alleyways towards the edge of town.

That's when all of a sudden, a few guys stop me in my tracks by stepping in front of me, staring right at me.
