Second Person POV

Ciel sighs, rubbing his temples as he tells Sebastian to ignore Elizabeth's calls to the manor. Ever since she kissed him, he's avoided her at all costs and noticed you doing the same to him.

He got concerned for you and went to knock on your door one day. There was no answer, and his heart began to race in anxiousness. He pushes open the door, only to find it unlocked.

He walks in slowly, softly calling out your name into the barren room. "YN?"

No response was made.

Ciel realized the bathroom door was creaked open slightly, so he went to investigate. He opened the door and gasped at the sight in front of him. He fell to his knees and sobbed over your bloody corpse.

His eyes trail from your face to the navy blue petals across your body.

His heart drops even further when he realizes that this was his fault.

You had Hanahaki Disease.

All because he didn't talk to you and confess sooner, you're gone.

His vision blurry, he spots a note clutched in your hand. He gingerly takes it and reads it to himself.

Reading it, his crying grows harder and louder.

You loved him too.

You thanked them all for everything, when he couldn't even save you in the end.

He regrets never telling you his feelings. Maybe then he could've saved you.

Ciel grabs your body and holds you close to his chest, not even caring about getting messy. He cries into your hair as the servants come rushing in. They begin to tear up as well, silently grieving over your passing.

Ciel begins to cough, so he turns away from your body. He felt it would be disrespectful to cough on your corpse. When he removed his hand, everyone gasped at the sight.

FC flower petals lie in his hand, along with his own fresh blood.

You're gone, and now so is he.
