I'm walking through HQ when I spot William with some girl I don't know. Maybe she's new?

I watch for a moment, and that's when she leaned up and kissed him. On the lips. He didn't pull away instantly, probably from shock. I ran before I could see what happened next.

I lock myself into s dark closet and cough, catching my blood and yellow-green flower petals. How did I know this would happen to me?

That I would get Hanahaki Disease.

I shrug it off and exit the closet and to the closest restroom to wash this away. As the last of my blood and petals flow down the drain, I stare into my reflection.

This disease is common in my family. That's most likely how I knew that this could happen to me. Why I distanced myself from so many people.

Though my efforts did nothing to save me in the end.

If this is my fate, then so be it.

I walk back out and get bombarded by Grell, who immediately starts to flirt with me.

I glance off to my left and spot William running away. I follow him and as I reach him, he's coughing up blood and FC flower petals.

He has it too.

He thinks I don't love him, but I do.

I force him to look at me as I kiss him. William melts into it and kisses me back. When we part, we both spit out the flower buds at the back of our throats.

We survived this experience.

Together.
